I haven't deposited at Win A Day but since I hadn't heard this issue around here before, my thoughts are that their processor is causing the problem, not the casino.
Most likely it will clear up before you hear from them, but if not, a business day is usually Mon-Fri though some are ending it on Thursdays now. So you may not hear from them until Monday as you speculated.
A delay is better than something like a double charge to your account.
Good luck with your playtime when you do get it. I was really liking that Gladiator game while my free chip lasted!
