yes, they do that to every1, not just you.  Only 1 free chip granted, so dont be upset, its their casino's policy.  However, you can try to redeem QUICKCASH, I redeemed it for $25 the other day.

I got the first freebie and then made 4 deposits before asking for a free chip--you can see by my chat with Ericka how that went!
(yes, they do that to every1, not just you.  Only 1 free chip granted, so dont be upset, its their casino's policy.) According to COXWEL--they don't do that to everyone and apparently they do as they please! Anyway, I'm done with C33! To many other casino's that appreciate my deposits to waste my time & money on C33. I feel like free chips are a way of saying Thank You for depositing with us! I also only use free chips between deposits.

I got my 1st freebie and already made 6 deposits with them.  I did ask for the free $55, but they said no.  I have no problem with that.  Its up to you to choose casinos to play, but all I can tell you now is that, good accredited RTG don't give out  many free chips.  Have you ever redeemed free chip with Cherry Red?  I think the first free chip is also a way for them to say thanks for playing at their casino, but again, this is just my thought.  You have your choice
