I don't have an account with Onbling...But with their sister casino Loco Panda. I have a complaint filed with realtimegaming / and a couple of well respected websites. They are investigating my issue.

What did you find out Melcb? The closer you look will disclose they are related to a rogue or semi-rogue group like winpalace.

note: the reason you have to cancel your cookies is because this group is related to winpalace. The clearing of the cookies erases the affiliate links previously used. I read this somewhere else and that's how the new affiliate receives all the credit. This is only done at winpalace sites.

I don't think they'll get back to you...they are hiding something.

They have a similar system to Rival and playtech. Each casino belonging to the software group (RTG) is flagged when there is a player that has charged back or deemed abusive with bonuses. All the operators that use it will get the same info on that same player. I have been told you have been flagged at another casino, which casino they are not sure. As for withdrawing from Grand Parker, their sister site, they say they probably didnt have the system properly set up at the time of your withdraw and then didnt see that you had been flagged. This is the response I received. Is it truthful? Im not sure. Best thing is be weary, let it be and avoid these RTG brands. I cannot help any further regarding this matter.

It's an excuse the rogue casinos use to avoid paying out winners. They will gladly take deposits but use this excuse when the player has won. Rome casino does the same thing. I will not play at any of the RTG casinos associated with Onbling or sister sites.

Succesfully cashed out at OnBling, got the money today, a bit slow but was good, got the faxback approved in 3-4 days, withdrawal in 4-5 and the money arrived in 3 days via wire transfer. Hope you get yours too, caseyk

Pasty, glad you got your money, caseyk, I couldn't agree more. The nice thing is we have a big enough variety of sites that we know are respectable and will pay us without having to risk it on some the unknown/unproven sites if you will. I'm glad people seem to be getting their money even if it takes awhile, but if something ain't broke, don't fix it.
