I used the free no deposit at Cirrus casino. I turned over the deposit as required. When I won I cashed out and they said that I am not entitled to cash out. Now after giving them my ID they said I had a duplicate account back in 2003 with the name Lorna24/7, which I never did have an account with that name at all. I ask them for prove and they said it was the same birth date as mine and that they were sorry, but they see that as a duplicate account, the management said. Wow how many people were born on that day that might gamble on line. Can someone help me please with this mess. Lorna

Hello, I played @ Cirrus recently with a free chip. I turned the money over as required. I went to cash out they said send these documents, I did I waited the required time. Looked at my transactions they said they took it back because they see I had a duplicate account in 2003 under another name but same birthdate. I never played there before I asked for proof that was me they had none, excepts a birthdate and State. They said that was the proof they had. Any one can use a any name and any ones birthdate it happens all the time. Of course not my address that is not the same. ID theft even in on-line bonus gaming (why not). They refused to give me a straight answer as to what warrents them telling me that is me that used this account. This account by the way was open with my birth and state almost 7 years ago I was told by CIRRUS - Live chat and of course management does not want to talk to me about it. So check first with these casinos if you are new, make sure no one has used your birthdate and state, at any of there casinos because if you win on free money you will not get it. If you deposit and win, than oh well, no problem. A case of stolen birth and state ID and of course they will not investagate this, you just lost out and waisted your time.

hi carmen, sorry...this happens a lot, that is why i didn't give out my birthyear on the birthday threads. good advice..i alway go into chat, myself before i sign on a new casino and ask if i have any other accounts before i make up another one...just to be on the safe side. who knows...maybe id theft..maybe you did it yourself, either way, we don't want to play for nothing. when it comes time to cash out, they will use any excuse. welcome to the forum nal

Yes you are right any excuse not to pay and this link here I went to is no help at all http://disputes.hastingsbv.com. They came back and told me I had two accounts. The funny thing is that they said it takes 2-3 weeks to respond. I got a response back in two days, saying to me I have two accounts, well I told them that do not need for them to come back and tell me that. Now the other account they claim is mine was open back in 2003. This is 2009, what is up with that. I have read over the internet that this casino has nuermous complaints, even by people that have deposited in this casino, (CIRRUS). My question to the form is why support a casino that is black listed over the internet and a casino that has a bad reputation. Why do you continue to support this casino, (CIRRUS) this is my question to the owner of this form. Peace
