Hi everyone. I'm sorry I didn't know where else to post this. I for one am done with this casino. After ignoring the fact that their slots are too slow each time I've played there and having to wait to play all day yesterday after running to the store to load my card {but I did appreciate the chip they gave us for their technical problems}. Now today I go out in the heat again to load my card {this time for 17$ not minimum of 10$} I'm told by live chat that the $10 is only for 2-3 deposits. I've only done 1! So I call them by phone only to be told they don't have the processor to handle 10$ deposits! 1. That is false advertising! That is the only reason I starting playing here! 2. False again - I made $10 deposit 2-3 days ago! Thanks for listening , I also hoped I could warn the people that want to play with 10$ deposits

I know all you have to go by is my word for it- but better run with your money people They are bad news! You all will find out in time I've never been treated as badly by a casino as this one, no matter what they try to say about me

I know things aren't going smoothly for them lately, but I think in time this place will iron out all the wrinkles and be an awesome place to play at...Nicolas is an awesome rep, and with him representing them, they will be a great casino, I have faith...

who are you trying to kid? Nick doesn't have any pull there. I was lied to two times by two different people when trying to deposit and was told I had to deposit higher amounts than stated was the minimum. The next day I was going to deposit again and thats when the casino went down. Next thing I get a e-mail called "courtesy chip", no apology's for the lies they told me and the chip turned out to be $5 with 20x pt and 2x max cashout. You may not believe this and I don't care but it would of been better to have received an apology from sincere people and no chip than this slap in the face after I reported them. When I asked to have my account closed the manager wrote me a real Nasty e-mail {i still have it!!!} In the mean time if forum people keep telling others to trust this garbage then shame shame shame! Whatever gets you through the night

slotsplyr, we are all entitled to our own opinions with much respect to those as well. I for one have seen no negativity with Betphoenixcasino what so ever. As a matter of fact, they treat me damn good there. I have only made a few deposits(the minimum) but I don't think that is why they treat me with respect. They have been super nice to me since day one before any deposits have been made. First you post something about the 10.00 minimum deposits. Then you take it back and ask for the post to be deleted as Nicolas the rep for this casino has taken care of you and your issue or whatever it was, then a day later you are back to posting negativity again about this casino. I guess I am a little confused as to why. This casino is new and yes there has been some technical glitches and they have apologized for this by issuing 100's of free chips to compensate for all of the players inconvenience. I know a few players that have cashed out with no problems. Can you please clarify as to why you have faith that a lot of players are going to get ripped off? I am sorry if you did get treated poorly and Nicolas will do anything in his power to make you feel welcomed etc. I am not trying to be harsh I am just sticking up for a really honest casino that does think about their players.

I would have to second givennsz's notion... I've experienced nothing but good things with this casino, and Ive cashed out with no problems. Yes it's been a bumpy ride so far, with the software glitches and what not, but they've been more than generous with the freebies to try and compensate for this inconvenience. Also I'd like to add that the live help (when available) is more than helpful as well... Just my 2 cents though...

Thank you for your respectful reply givennsz, but there shouldn't be any confusion. I thought Nick was going to help and I was going to get an apology but I was wrong. I notice that anytime anyone says anything against a casino that is sponsered by a forum there are always others that do there part to negate the person's experience and defend the casino. We are the one's spending OUR money in this gaming business and we are always treated like beggers. I do not avail myself of 'rogue' casinos, I don't judge based on bonuses', I would just like to find a decent place to put my money at. There are at least 5 forums that are complaining about same issues , including cashouts, If anyone would investigate instead of going by our word on it. Thanks

There is never an excuse to lie, but they flat out lied to me about not excepting $10 deposits when it's there for the world to see. And out of respect for forums rules I havent posted the nasty e-mail I got from the manager? Dean and never once did I talk disrespectful to these people. I would post it if anyone wishes, thanks

Ok, first of all, like givennsz said, we are all entitled to our own opinions. I believe that this casino will be one of the best to play at in due time...and you can choose to rogue this casino from the start, and that is your choice.

ok ive had good experiences and bad at this casino but overall they seem to be ok and this is coming from some1 who doesnt like rtg or top but then again you are right about 1 thing if a forum supports a casino its hard to post anything negative and i for 1 would love to see your email

sorry this has happened to you slots... I haven't deposited here yet, I was going to try them out but the only way I would is without a bonus because the playthrough is ridiculous. But I like Nick too, and I hope mommy is right that in time, they will be a rockin place to play.
