Oh my that sounds like a bot to me! Did all of their live help quit and they now resort to using bots?

I'd be typing in requests for some things that they'd really not be able to do after a few minutes just to see what the response was. 

Say Dt, you know you could have sum fun here, with that bot! Of course I'm not suggesting any malicious behavior however, for ex., agree to make the min. deposit, for your bonus, you might say 3 eggs over easy, a side of bacon, hash browns, and coffee.
When the live chat host comes on, because the bot can't figure it out, you in turn become a bot, giving the live chat, all they can handle, and more.. When live chat is ready to sign off, then rip them up 1 side, and down the other, that only a step mother could appreciate!
