Hey there, anyone have any insight on random bonuses and how they work?  Is there a certain dollar amount they can hit before they are awarded to someone?  Is there a particular day of the week when the random bonuses are hit more often? 

I know they are supposedly "RANDOM" but I don't really believe anything at most of these casinos is truly random!  Smiley

well, i am no expert but i have hit three or the last two years one i was playing 20cents on Goldbeard it was just over 6000 but i was on a ten times max so couldn't collect the one was on out of this world for 40cents and again on a ten times max after that i started taking only bonuses with not max and hit 12,ooo on ceaser but it took me 4months befre i could collect and lost a lot of it with the play thru. they told me that when a random hits the computor picks a random number and if you happen to be the one that hit's that number you get it evan if you are playing a penny but that's what i was told and i do believe it hopes that helps

Well, I think the previous post might have proved me wrong , but I always thought the same as you Amy, that there is nothing random about them....I believe they hit for people who can't cash it out, as in a free chip, or when someone is using a bonus with a max cashout......mayone here ever hit one and was able to cash the full amount? I know I hit it twice, both times with a free chip! Nevr could cash it out    Cry

I have stopped doing the deposit bonuses.  I don't like anyone telling me how much I have to play before I cash out or how much I can cash out if and when I win. 

I will, however, play a free chip when it comes my way.  I have never won a random bonus (yet) but if I win a random bonus while playing a free chip, I will be convinced they are rigged!  I play on free chips so rarely that it will just be too much of a coincidence!

I am with you on that Amy...don't like the bonuses at all Sad I can't be worrying about if I am gonna make it...I want to cash my winnings out when  I want too...not lose all the winnings right before playthru is met...which seems like it always happens that way!

I also feel like you do about the randomness, don't believe it is quite random not even at land casinos.

I hit a random at Virtual Casino on a free chip...go figure!!!

well guys loiok at the last screen shots some guy won two randoms in a row and he's on a  no max i wish him luck because it's with the virtual group and i know how long they can take and i also know he will never get it all at once but as far as playing without a bonus i cann't afford to put much in at one time and don't like the pressure of only starting with a small amount I like playing at least 40 cents or a dollar and with 35 to 25 dollars to start with it don't go very far if i could afford it i would love to play without a bonus

AMEN to that!!  Ilike taking bonuses because number 1) I never cashout and 2) I never cashout out...............it makes my money last longer and I feel better about raising my bets.....ONE DAY I WILL CASHOUT......one day!
