Do u have to ask for them or are they automatically placed in your account?

Well I cannot speak for everyone, but for me personally...I don't like to ask for anything, so I didn't.  I believe there are some casinos that I could have gotten more chips from if I had asked, but I did very well not doing anything.

I did get an e-mail from Grande Vegas saying to go to support and tell them so and so sent them, so I did, only that one.

Other than that...I ended up with almost $500. in chips and loyalties.

Most of these places I have deposited some in, a couple none at all.

Villento 100,  Vegas Towers 100, Vegas Regal Casino 50,

I got the most beautiful letter from Vegas Towers I wanted to post, but I must have deleted it.  Really made me happy to be a customer there.

Various other amount I didn't write...Oddsmakers Casino, Jackpot Capitol,

Irish Luck,  Paradise,  Grande Vegas,  Sloto,    Luck 3

I  think there were a couple of others that I am forgetting.
