I play frequently at Prestige. I am very satisfied so far. And their bonus system got even better since William Hill purchased them. Just a few example from what makes it one of the Nr.1 choice for me:

I think considering these facts it is obvious that this is a place where it's worth playing at. I see that some people had problems with the free play. I personally never tried it, because I signed up here well before the freeplay was introduced. However back in those days I got 500% as a first deposit bonus. That bonus is not offered by Prestige any more I think, however if you sign up at Prestige, you will get invitations by their partner casinos in the William Hill gorup, and the invitation will be about the 500% bonus. That bonus is not mentioned on any partner's front page, it is invitation only, but usually everybody will get invited. Just wait patiently a few days after registration. And for example at 21Nova that 500% can be used on all games, none is excluded, and they have the same table game features that I mentioned for Prestige.

So I don't see any reason to find this place a bad casino. I also don't believe that the Freeplay issue cannot be solved. I am a player for a very long time at Prestige, and I never had a bad experience. Moreover the owner, William Hill, is a very respected casino.

Anyway, serously speaking Prestige was a very good casino in the past, and I hope this new owner, Willian Hill will just improve it. At least the bonus system was improved, because before the changing of owners only slots and arcades counted towards WR requirements, and now any games. That is true that the Freeplay has strange rules, but apart from then you can still take the first deposit bonus. And maybe if you loose on the freeplay, you will still be offered the 500% if you wait a little. However I am not sure if that bonus is still available at Prestige. But it is possible, considering that at most of its partners it is.
