OK i received an email for planet23 about a free gift give away "see email below"
  now promo seems real good maybe too good . so i decide to get t&c before making required deposit . so i contact live chat and inquire about promo and ask for t&c . i spoke to jhon and he informed me he had no idea what i was talking and i should email my questions to support@planet23.com . now i find this alittle odd that support can't help me and ask for someone that can ..
  now i start chat with shift super Ben .. he ask me to send him a copy of the email i received told to send it to support@planet23.com .  and i inform him i just did . then asked to send to   support@planet23.info that he would get it directly , so i do .
  now he has the same email i received .. what do you think happens next ?? i you guessed i received promo you would be wrong . but if it was that they had no idea where or who sent me me that email then you would be right .
   now Ben begins  to tell me that  support@planet23.com is not them . that i must have got email from affiliate . so i ask who's the affiliate that i signed up from . and he didn't know . so i let him know their was no affiliate that signed directly off of there web page . and  i asked who gain to profit off my deposit . and no response .
  so this is what i think is going on planet23 is sending out emails with to good to pass up promos hopping people make deposit first and ask questions after its to late, and play stupid .
  i don't know if all the casinos that use the top software are affiliated but after this  i don't think I'll play at any of them again .
