I just learned quite a lesson. I was playing at planet 7 casino on a free chip I found on this site. I have been playing for the past two days and was winning. I was up to over 400.00. The original free chip was for 50.00 bonus code VCV25P7. They allowed me to redeem it and I went down to 150.00 from last night to today and went back up to 400.00. In the middle of my playing they sent my balance to 0. needless to say I have learned a lesson about free chips and wont play there again.

I think you need to figure out when you are about to fullfill your playthru requirement cause after you made your playthru, the balance will be brought back to $50 and you should stop right there. That is the amount you can withdraw with.

Regkilla,
When playing a free chip it helps me to think of it kind of as a two part game. The first part is making the playthrough amount. In your case the $50 chip probably had about a $1250 playthrough. in other words, betting $1 you would need to make that bet 1250 times without busting yourself. Any moneys won during this period is play money. Worthless, except for making the playthrough.
Once you have hit the elusive Playthrough all moneys in excess of the original chip are removed and you are back to where you started... But now the money is Real. Now it is time for game #2. Making the Minimum cashout level while shooting for the Maximum cashout value. In most cases this will be double the amount of the free chip But that may be less than the minimum cashout requirement.
Now it is time to spin like you're paying and work the dollar amount to a point over the minimum cashout requirement. If you have a low max cashout, once that minimum is hit you can request a cashout. Any excess over the Max allowable is removed and the cashout is yours.
Keep in mind you are playing for a set prize, The Max, and that any credits you have over that are voided. They are just playmoney you are using to qualify for the Max.
By playing this way I can grin at the great set of spins I got, or even the "random" knowing that it just Nailed My cashout without getting frustrated at what I coulda won.

thats the system they just deducted the belance which is above the amoun t you can withdraw. freebies always have max cash out and you blasted your 50 ;-).
but anyway, i also won on the freechip at planet7 cost me endless hours of livechat posting disputes etc to get my money after over 1month.
this is a rebranded crystal palaca casino and i would never ever put a dime of real money in there.
so you saved yourself alot of trouble as these guys are pros in stalling payments.
most freechips offered here in this forum are crap because they are for rogue casinos, ots like playing in fun mode as serious business with coolcat, cirrus etc is a joke.
its a pitty you guys in this forum keep all these rogue operators alive because of stupid freebies-..
cheers

How does one know they have made the conditional play through? Does the casino tell you or do you have to keep track yourself??

In some cases the playthrough is tracked in the Cashier window...
In others you have to kind of guess when you are close.
if you have been playing at $5 a spin for an hour... you probably do not want to be on auto... grin
