I dont think so, and I was told that if paypal finds out you transfer funds to or from a gambling company, they will close your account.

Box 24 appears to be the only casino that is accepting Paypal.  See Banking options

I don´t know about them accepting Canadians, but you could try

Betfair (Playtech): www.betfair.com
Bwin (Bossmedia): www.bwin.com

They both accept Paypal (from Germany), have a very good reputation and are fast on withdrawals (my own experience).

William Hill casino group supports PayPal, but I guess it will only be available for you depending on your currently location. That's what one of the support team told me.
