  • Ok so I'm thinking I might be needing to make a withdrawal from Rushmore in the near future.  They say the only option for US players for withdrawal is a wire transfer. 

    Does that mean I need to go open a savings account so I can receive a wire transfer? 

    Anyone who has experience with Rushmore and withdrawing as a US customer please advise.

    I would expect for there to be a long delay so be prepared. But keep riding them until you get paid and please keep us updated.

  • Oh, Allgood, how did it turn out?  I just got a 4th place $800 and guess the bank wire is it for my withdrawal.  Did I read somewhere to limit bank wires to under $500 at a a time?  Do I request just my w/d or request my withdrawal plus the fee?  Anyone have any opinions before I try to take the money and run?  ty

    I vaguely remember seeing that somewhere too Chilly.  If I recall, anything at $500 or under doesn't attract attention.

  • congrats chilly,  i thought it was under $1500.  there  was a thread about it in the past but not sure what it was called.  i would not worry about $800 especially if you are not receiving international inbound wires all the time.  what did you hit on the tourney if I may ask?

  • also,  maybe you should check with chat to ensure they wont make up any new rules between now and then////...to verify you can withdraw with no restrictions

  • I was lucky enough to get some bonuses, one of them with about 22 spins, and most of those great ones.  Made around 51K for the 4th place.  I hadn't seen a bonus round at Rushmore in months, so all in all it's still a happy experience.  Hopefully the attempt to cashout will go happily as well.

    Tried the bank wire.  My bank requires a beneficiary bank if a swift code is needed.  Sent the info.  Rushmore said No, no beneficiary accounts.  So I sent my bank info for if a swift code is NOT needed.  The account history showed approved, but the withdrawal history showed declined again, with no reason.  Emails are not getting a reply though their site says all emails answered within 3 days.

        heather is the new casino rep for rushmore,  she has advised us that withdrawals are going smoothly so i cant believe this is happening....good luck chilly

    U.S. banks only require that you provide the sender(international bank account) with you account number, swift code/routing number, bank address. U.S. banks do not use IBAN numbers.

    So I don't understand why your bank cannot receive the wire. Your bank account is the beneficiary of the wire.

    Did you provide the information I stated above?
  • p.s. if your bank is a credit union and doesn't have a "swift code" which is highly unusual; then just provide your ACH routing number as that is likely to work.
    Also, did you look up your banks swift code? you can google swift codes to find the link to a website that lists all banks swift codes. PM me if you need more help and so you can provide me more info.

  • It wasn't my bank that declined, but Rushmore, from what I can tell from the code given by Rushmore.  I provided the swift code given by my bank, and the instructions given by my bank for international wires.  the next time I gave the ach and account number.  By history in the cashier for account history shows that was approved, but the withdrawal history shows it was declined two hours later.  My bank is not a credit union, but does use a beneficiary bank if a swift code is needed.  Meanwhile, emails still unanswered.  At some point I'll try the live chat, but they most likely will refer me back to the finance folks.

    Did either of you (allgood and chilly) ever get your withdrawal from Rushmore?  I got 2nd place in last weekend's tourney and just filled out the withdrawal info and emailed Rushmore tonight.

    I placed 2nd a while back for $1500. I was down to $45 in less than 14 hours. Cashing out takes too long for me I guess....
  • Don't they credit winnings back to a credit card?  That may be a better option for you.

  • I won $1500.00 in the tourney and I do want to cash out.  I decided on bank wire because the max on that is $1500 and the max on paymycard is $1000.

    So I filled out the form with bank info and requested the withdrawal.  I then emailed Rushmore last night because my address has changed since I signed up.

    I received an email back from Rushmore this morning from Tara Murdoch in withdrawals department stating everything looked in order for the withdrawal.  She did ask for the 1st and last letters of my password to change my address which I emailed to her today.

    Keeping my fingers crossed....
