Has any one cashed out at Online Vegas Casino been wating 3 weeks now and all i got was a email saying "We would like to inform you that due to factors beyond our control such as limitations imposed by financial institutions at the moment we are experiencing a small delay with payouts to our US players, however, I want you to be aware that we are working real hard to have your transaction sent as smoothly as possible.
At the moment we don't have a time frame to provide you as far as to when your check will be sent out, however once your check has been sent our accounting department will be sending an email as to notify you of this. We appreciate your patience in regards to this matter."

I have never cashed out of Online Vegas However,after reading your e-mail it is not a denial letter, that is for sure. Your withdrawl has been approved and is waiting to be sent, but due to problems on their end they are experiencing a hold up. Cirrus did the same thing to me, as they were changing payment processors at the time I was waiting to be paid. They sent me a very similar letter to what you have recieved. I did infact get paid.
Who is Online Vegas run by? RTG?
You can plan on waiting appx 2 months for many of the RTG casinos to in fact get your money to you. I waited three months for Cirrus.
This is completely my opinion, but sounds to me you will in fact get paid. Stay in touch with them, but don't "overdue" it. I hope this helps some. PMM2008

I agree completely!!! After Cirrus did in fact pay me, I never did go back. I was just thankful I got my money, but not thankful enough to ever deposit there again.
Good Luck, and let us all at the forum know how it works out for you. Again, I do think you will get paid. Your through the hardest part, getting approved, and you are approved.

Really......I just don't understand why they even think that you are going to deposit at their casino if it takes 3 months or more to get your winnings. What kind of logic is that? Deposits are instant (they have no problems with that now do they?).......Why not payouts?  ? Are they that stupid? ?? Just my opinion!!!! |

I am having the same problem. Have waited 2 weeks and my withdrawal is "still pending." I get a different answer whenever I call or do live chat. (when I can actually get someone there to chat with!) Still waiting....
