are there any online casinos for US players that don't require you to take any kind of bonuses? I just want to deposit my money and be able to withdraw it and any winnings whenever I want without any sticky restrictions or terms. Since some bonuses are given automatically, i suggest you to contact support and ask them to either remove the given bonus( before making any bets) or you can ask them to make your account bonus ineligible before making a deposit.

You have to make sure they take you off before you bet even one dollar! Some bonuses are added on automatically, so you have to ASK. BTW, I recommend NOT using the bonus.

Then if you decide in the future, that you would like to use you bonus's again, you also have to go back in and have them turn it back on again.
