firsrlt you "think" you have met wr, clearly from this you havent.

If you had met WR it would of let you cashout.

Get onto support, ask how much you need to wager before you can cashout

Usually 1 comp points u get when u wager 10. so 250 means u wager 2500..
if the wagering req is 80x or 100x means u havent met the WR

Are you from any of the following disallowed countries (to receive the bonus)?

Poland, South Korea, China, Macau, Brazil Indonesia, Pakistan, Thailand, Romania, Mexico and Dominican Republic, Ukraine, Estonia, Latvia, Denmark.

If not, I would wait to see what they say via email
