Hey all,

Deposited sveral times yesterday with my prepaid visa, today declined by issuer due to restrictions. I am in new Zealand and I can not believe this is happening, anyone else???

Are you USA tamaroa?  Justakiwigirl is NZ - no gambling restrictions there as far as I can find out.

I got declined at Lock casino but they told me you have to register the Visa first......
and then they took it.
