Gotta tell ya I am steaming hot right now and want everyone to know what is going on. Here is my story:
I have been playing at
Club player on a regular basis, have cashed out over 1700 dollars there and to be honest I have been paid within 3 weeks of when I cashed out. Yeah, 3 weeks is to long but hey I was paid.
On 10/18 I won 1000 dollars on
Loose Caboose, CHAAAAAAA CHING!!!!!!!!! Could not hit the withdrawal button fast enough....All requirements were met, and my hubby and I are going to Las Vegas for New Years and hey 1 grand extra will insure the 10 days we are there will be a good time! Well after many e-mails and a few sessions in Live Chat and 2 calls made to the
casino, which I might add the customer service rep was VERY RUDE both times, (told me to sit quietly and I would probably get my money faster) then hung up on me. I still have not had my withdrawal approved. I am so damn hot right now you can't imagine. So I went back to live chat today, and was told to come back on Friday. ARE YOU FREAKIN' KIDDING ME? WTF IS UP WITH THAT? When he told me Friday I blew a gasket, for real, my nose started bleeding. I have to wait for a damn month to get it approved and this moron is telling me they are doing their best? Oh man, if that is there best what the hell could their worst be? I mean for real, my ass they are doing their best and I think I have a big ass! Here I will post the live chat sessions for the past 2 days:
