quicktender is working for visa deposits right now. Mine (visa -not netspend) wouldn't go through last night either but i was able to deposit just now.

I use BankFreedom.com they have Visa and Mastercard and they both work for me, also you can transfer funds from one card to another for free.  I have never never never had a decline. Smiley
