Welp, figured it wouldn't be long until Wired Plastic froze my acct again for depositing into casinos and QT.  Embarrassed

I've search the threads for Greendot info, acct now(which I had at 1 time), netspend,etc...

But what pp card is everyone CURRENTLY using to deposit into the casinos or QT?
I prefer to be able to deposit right into the casino if I have less than the minimum $40load QT requires.

Someone lead me in the right direction please so I can possibly deposit today. I am so  :-\

Thanks in advance guys

So is paypal cards really working for depositing into casinos?  I know I have a paypal debit card and it worked everywhere before until they put a stop to mastercard deposits.  I hate to say it but since they are shutting down netspend I will save a TON of money!!!!!

Good luck with your deposit.....may you turn it into some major bucks!!!!

PayPal has NOT worked for US residents for many, many years.

On Wired Plastic - mine just got frozen the other day for the first time, for depositing to casinos, and I'm on the phone with them at this very moment getting it reactivated as long as I "promise to be a good moral girl & not gamble".....  Cry Angry

Did they really catch you for depositing to QuickTender, tho?

My Paypal debit card worked for deposits until they stopped taking Mastercards..no problems.

Thats what happened w/my wiredplastic...but they didnt make me 'promise' sooooooo....... I kept on. Stupid me.

IDK about QT because this past week I've used my card directly into the casinos, and yesterday in QT. So theres no telling. All I know is I need to find a new prepaid card to use.

HELP!

Well, banks (Chase) I know starts at $25 for the card ($3.50 fee) I also tried a card (Pre-paid) out of Safeway ($4.95 fee) which worked. They let me deposit directly with the casinos and of course Wal-Mart, but I dropped them due to the "Overseas Transaction fees" which ran $4-$6 after each usage.

Chase charges $25 for the card, or is that the min load amount?

Did the prepaid card you got at safeway have a visa logo on it or no?

Yes,that's the lowest they had...$25 so with fee it's $28.50

The PP from Safeway had a visa logo on it also.

I just use my regular Visa card that is tied to my bank of america checking account and have been able to deposit to Winpalace, BetPhoenix, Rushmore, Cherry Red, Slots Jungle, Vegas Regal with no troubles.  I did have a mastercard debit an the only place I could find that took that easily was win palace. Costs waay less for me to use my own card than the fees from ewallets, and other providers.  Good Luck Wink

Hello,

I use my mastercard on EntroPay (hope this post doesnt casue an alert) and I now use UPside card prepaid.  My Wired Plastic is not working any longer as well.  Prepaid visa gift cards at the market have always worked for me.  The Rush Card also worked as well but its new so I dont know how consistant it is...good luck!   Grin

That's very unusual as the UIGEA would have thrown red flags about those transactions. Banks cannot send to casinos, nor can casinos send to banks. How this is occuring I am clueless Grin but good luck to you in any case.

For years I've been using pre-paid Visa gift cards.... can get them @ your bank, or @ some grocery stores.
WELLLLLLLLL........, I've been trying 2 deposit 4 the last 2 days & kept getting a 'do not honor' message. So, I called the customer support number on my pre-paid Visa gift card & was very nicely informed that effective August 17th, these pre-paids will NOT b permitted 4 use @ gambling sites and/or for foreign transactions.  I'm PI_ _ ED.....
As 4 using your credit card that's tied 2 your bank account, it won't last long..... I was doing the same thing, & eventually received a warning from my bank that they would close my account if I continued 2 use the card 4 on-line gaming.
I'm getting SICK SICK SICK of being told what I can & cannot do with MY money....

I had a bit of a problem depositing w/a regular 'debit bank card'..but some casinos, you have to contact support for them to 'manually' process the transaction  Wink

I was pleasantly surprised.

All the major card brands have restricted online betting/gambling. This is done by the merchant category code which is assigned to each merchant accepting payments. If there are any cards that are allowing you to make deposits it is due to one of two things:

They have somehow figured out a way to escape being categorized as a betting/gambling merchant or the bank issuing the card is out of compliance.

Either way it is just a matter of time before every last u.s. card is restricted.
