Okay, I just funded my netspend visa.  Now I go to quicktender to transfer the funds and it says credit card is currently unavailable.  I think August had this problem yesterday.  Has anyone found away around it?  I tried to deposit at VRC with my netspend since all the information is saved on there.  I thought it was going to go through but it didn't and suggested I use e-wallet express (which is closed down).  Any suggestions?  Thanks!
