I am confused I got the free 120 chip played around was up to like 600 or 700 then they took 400 something so i guess i reached my playthrough continued to play off and on for a day or two came back here to check the rules for pay out went to live support they gave me the ok and requested a withdraw of 240.00 got two emails saying it was being processed then bam a denial without a explanation so I sent an email asking why got comfer mation saying i would here back in 24hrs did not happen So I sent another email same thing now its been 2 days i figure log in and check my account history I log in and bam my account once again has the 240.00 back in it ? I dint get it what use is it if I cant cash out if I win.?? Ill let you know what happens I am curious myself lol .....

Hey it was Palace of chance ya strange .I have not tried to cash out again but went and spun a couple more times and won another 300.00 now theres 600.00 in there but i used the ldb coupon for 120 max cashout was suppose to be 2x I don't know......
