EXACTLY Perkypoo! Who the hell wants to play at a casino like that anyway? Right?!

I wouldn't trust them for one, and two their attitude sucks.  I would rather play in a casino I know that I have good customer relations with, and where they are not compromising my confidential information.  

Taadaa..it isn't right, but it's not a place where you want to put your business.

no, I didn't make any money.  I deposited twice, lost on first deposit, but won on 2nd deposit and they just labeled me as bonus abuser so winning could be voided

Hey Taadaa.. I didn't realize, until I read your PM yesterday, that they voided your winnings.  I am sorry...that is so unacceptable.  I knew they would do it..I didn't know they did.

I was warned before, not to even play at any casinos that mention of bonus abuse, etc, in there T & C...they are Rogue Casinos, and do anything they can to get out of paying.  So I stay away.  I try telling others the same...Its good advice.

First of Taadaa..I want to say to you..it's nice if you are making any money..maybe you are just taking advantage of their welcome bonus, and doing it like that, big deal, whatever works, right?  They take your money, you take theirs.

So the thing we have to watch out for are the casinos where the terms specifically spell out ..."bonus abusers", or things like ..."your winnings will be null and void if you are to be considered not playing in the spirit of fun, etc"

I have read this very clearly in a lot of casinos, and run from them.
This is exactly what is happening to you.
If at anytime, they do not consider you to be in the gaming SPIRIT??
What the hell..they can just take your WINNINGS Taadaa.. nevermind, your deposits.  I really think this sucks, and totally disagree with it, but if it is in their rules, you don't have a say.  That's why I read every word of every T & C before I make any deposit to any casino.

It doesn't sound like a place you want to give your money anyway.

I would like to clarify some of the things I said that maybe has been misunderstood, put some things in context and answer some of the questions here.

I am not trying to argue here. (And there is no reason to be sarcastic or impolite….)
Every one is aloud to register to as many top game casinos as he wishes and there is no time frame to it as well. (You can also take a first deposit bonus on each).
The remark about being here for the money and not for the fun was in the context of the entire issue. (Sorry, maybe I didn’t express my thoughts right. I didn’t mean what some of you understood)

With all the respect to Taadaa the only thing I can really say is that security department has stopped his account.
You can understand why the exact reasons and detailed explanation of how it works and why it was stopped can not be spread here or anywhere else I also don’t get the entire information.

I am sorry that this has happened as this happens very rarely and from dealing with many issues and players I have no doubt about the integrity of our operation. We love players and we are very happy to see them wining, pay them out and really take care of them.
Our business is players and we take pride of our service and good reputation.

You are all welcome to join and test it.


There are many things that are within my power but not when it comes to this department.

I don’t know if the account was closed for the wrong evaluation (I hope so) no one is perfect,

Thanks for replying. But i have to say... you really only answered one question, and one most of us already knew, that we are allowed to register at more than one of your casinos. There were a few other questions that some members had that you didn't reply too.
I'm just wondering about the "playing for fun" and "playing for the money" comment, you did not address that one.
I don't know Taadda that well, but from what i can see, he seems like he knows what he is doing when it comes to using free chips and making deposits, i'm sure he has read EVERY rule and regulation at every site he plays at, like most of us do.
I'm not as "politically correct" as most on this site, but i do like to speak my mind, and from reading your two posts... i would never play at your casino, and i trust nothing you say.
I'm sure others feel the same way and have a feeling they will soon post there comments.

Even though they sent me a free $20, and they were very nice, I can't believe they could send you a letter like this. If we were supposed to be playing only for fun or entertainment only, why promote their casinos the way they do? They lure you with playing with more money than you deposit and show you pictures of people hitting big jackpots. Are they trying to say that they are the only ones in it for the money? That's really how it is, but who's gonna play there when it's only for fun? Sure, whether we win or lose, we hope to at least have fun. I look back on all the times I won and I had fun, but I didn't win and didn't have fun because I was stupid. They want us to have fun and be stupid, maybe that's why they are good to me!

I called the security department today and they said this was done by Casino States.  What can I do here?  you said the security team did that to my acct, the security said this was done by the casino.  I want to dispute this matter, can you give me the phone number and email address of the person or department so I can get this problem resolved please?

if this is the case, then why I'm a bonus abuser?  the reason Casino States gave me as "multiple accounts and bonus seeking behavior".  I didn't have multiple accts with your casino and I have a history of continuing to deposit with the casinos, I did not deposit just the welcome bonus only.

This casino rep is making this casino sound like a complete and utter sham.  It is absolutely absurd to think that a loyal depositor like TAAADAAA is a bonus abuser in any way.  Since I started working here I have had the opportunity to chat with TAAADAAA may times and I find him to be a very knowledgable man.  This casino just lost an excellent player with many more to follow after people read this thread.

I really love how this Linda person came on here stating that she could not give out information regarding the casino.....then proceeded to tell everyone reading these post that Taadaa has accounts everywhere and then continued to insult him/her on never seeing so many accounts before. I think that's a violation to Taadaa and his/her privacy. She has no right to publicy announce anything about Taadaa's accounts!! What a B$#%CH!!!!!!! She definately picked the wrong place to open her mouth...I for sure will never make a deposit at any topgame casino because of this. Taadaa, sorry you had to go through this crap. From what i've seen on here i'll take your word for good/bad casino's to play at any day!!
