I received an email from them also. Wasn't sure if it was a scam or not.

Yes I played there last week and have a withdrawal in for $600.  Diamond VIP Casino only started up somewhere around Nov. 1.  The same group owns Rome and Diceland Casinos.  They have very nice customer service people.  I have played alot in the past at Rome and Diceland but not much since they changed the bonus structure.  I spent many nights chatting with Roger or Guy in customer service  about general b.s..  You wont find 2 people as nice as they are to customers. 

Your frustration is understandable; however, u will notice there ARE warning signs indicating those casinos that have been problematic.  Please keep in mind that we all play @ our own risk.
