Well, after message from Casino Jack, I made another deposit at Casino33, didn't make the high playthrough but played for several hours. I will also deposit and play there again.

I got a phone call today from Casino33, message left saying they would like to offer me $25 free for the casino, plus $50 free for sportbook, however I assumed it was a mistake, as I have already signed up and claimed the ND upon signing up, and haven't had the opportunity to deposit yet.  I talked to live support and was told indeed it was a mistake, this is for new sign ups only.  So if you get a phone call, don't get too excited yet, talk to support first.

i deposit $30,use the 400% +300% code,,, now i received the insurance part $90.got an email says:"The Insurance play thru is $4200 so $11,400 total bets to complete"~~~~~
quite confused. what the difference between playthrough and total bet?

fish668, are you playing games other than slots?
Often they have a % which the games count toward playthrough. So, for example, if a game contributes 50% to playthrough and the playthrough is $5000, you actually have to playthrough $10000 (or at least this is my understanding). The numbers you put up don't quite seem to make sense as a percentage though, so I'm not sure that this is the reason.

no, its what they said in the email after they put the $90 insurance into my account.
 But anyway, I lost the $90 in half hour, so doesn't matter.

My experience at the casino quite frustrated. I registered an account at casino33;when i tried playfair, the cs there instructed me to register another account there. What happen later was I couldn't deposit by credit card there, since it said another customer already use that card. Tried a couple of days for the cs' help, but appeared they could do nothing. Finally I tried the ID at casino33 to login into playfair, all problems solved.
