I opened yesterday new account at playfair, as requested by them,  and  today they locked me out!!!!! snifffffff they dont want my money!!!!!!!!

I just got the $55 chip so there is no way i'm gonna even try 4 that other free $10. The free $10 is not even what i'm interested in anyways... what I am more interested in is that extra special insurance bonus mamrone had mentioned they give along with it. That would b nice.
Mamrone??? Do u recall what the minimum deposit is 4 that insurance bonus?

I opened a separate account yesterday at playfair also. Talked to live chat. got my ND bonus, played, tried to log in today and was locked out.

Talked to live chat on the web today, she stated I had multiple accounts, but then said the one with the same log in was the active account. I played with the new account yesterday I know. I'm so confused.

i know quicktender is avaliable for deposits but i didn't see it listed as a withdrawl option ,  live support wasn't sure if it was available yet , do you have any info on this?
 
and what about e-wallet express, don't see that either

im closing my acct at casino33, been to live chat several times to unlock everytime i go to log back in im locked out, i spent an hour and a half with live chat last night ha waste of internet time Exclamation! they really need to sort out tech problems im here to game not chat!

Freddy @ live support was very nice. He made me an offer I could not refuse so & I made a $50 deposit @ playfair. The offer we agreed upon was 777% and 300% insurance. I did not make the playthru so my question is...Am I wrong when assuming that the 300% insurance means that if I did not make the playthru then I would get 300% back 2 try again? And if so how do I go about claiming it? Do I need 2 go talk 2 live support 2 have them help me with that?
