Well, sadly tonight we had an over zealous group trying to get duplicate accounts due to different IP's etc. There for effective NOW, the free play bonus is over. Congrats to those who won! I can say I am not surprised, and understand the reasons for taking this tact CasinoJack... as for the overzealous... Well if truth is to be told, I was probably one of the guiltiest chip whores in my day, leading to my being made the moderator here over our own section of chippers. The tactic used was learned first hand in dealing with many of the worst of the worst Rouge type casinos... and sometimes old habits are hard to set aside. To give a bit of insight, we KNOW that multiple accounts, like multiple bonus claims will void any potential winnings. Most that try never have any intention of attempting to claim a withdrawal, instead seeing the challenge of making a set playthrough on a minimum bankroll as the challenge and reward in itself. For the longest time there has been so few RTG sites that could be trusted to be fairly run, that would payout on winnings as promised that many became jaded... That has steadily been shifting as more and more professionally run and reputable venues come online... On the plus side, your quick response in effectively handling it is promising as well. As well, giving a prompt response to luckybbj and a sensible answer as to why suddenly an account in good standing suddenly is locked out was fantastic. So often in the past there appears to be know rhyme or reason for the act and the commentary quickly diverges into grumbles and curses. Knowing that entering your password wrong to many times, possibly from something as simple as forgetting your caps lock is on, can trigger a temporary lockout is good to know. On a more sinister side, knowing that someone attempting to crack your personal log in password will immediately slam the door before our accounts can be compromised is Great news. That said, Just as we are getting to know you, and your casino, so too are you getting to know us here at LCB... I think it is going to be informative for all. |

If it is possible I will try to get some funds transferred to my re-loadable Visa to take advantage of playing some of my favorite games at the 97.5%. I normally do my deposits through Ewalletxpress, but until that option clears I will look into alternatives. The casino tour thing is a cool idea. While most of us here are veterans in the online gaming thing, from a players point of view I doubt any of us have ever had the chance to see what goes on at the other end.
