That is one question i would like to know.. I know certain laws and restrictions will do it i found that out, thinking i did something wrong i was cut off from a casino, it was because i was USA.. But for some.. theres no explaination.. other then i found that they make more then one account, trying to redeem free chips over and over, but what is the reason, if neither of these things exist?

Nooo.. thats the reason people get locked out and can NOT withdrawal then come and complain that they didn't get their money, come to find out they made serveral accounts!

Is only one per household, I suggest you read terms and conditions. This is standard practice. Please note the reason we give these accounts away is eventually to get deposits, and find new customers, not give one player 5000 accounts. But good luck to you !

Well, sadly tonight we had an over zealous group trying to get duplicate accounts due to different IP's etc. There for effective NOW, the free play bonus is over. Congrats to those who won!

casinojack, i have absolutely no problems with your casino it's fine.. it wasn't about me lol I'm was trying to get answers as to the ones you just said so that others will know. Usually the locked out is from the making of several accounts and certain areas we live in, those are the 2 most common reasons You just stated another, "wrong password" ..
