You know, the Casino33/Playfair linked casino thing is not thrilling me.  Especially because my husband signed up at Playfair.  I signed up at Casino33.  I only claimed the $25 free at Casino33.  My husband hasn't claimed a thing at Playfair.  He was permitted to log in for 3 seconds and couldn't get the deposit screen to open.  He e-mailed support asking what the problem was and NO RESPONSE.

I logged into Playfair today to deposit and check it out and now I am locked out of both???

All I can say is that I have not abused any free chips.  And I won't bother e-mailing support because I have found THAT is a useless endeavor.

To all that have had a great experience at either casino, great.  And after reading this forum I thought I would as well.  My money shall go elsewhere now.  I really should learn a lesson and skip every RTG out there.  I am sticking with Microgaming casinos.

Although I DO appreciate the offers I am not so sure I like them calling me @ my home all the time. I told the man that called me yesterday that my son was currently using the computer and his response was "so do we need 2 kick your son off or should I call back @ a later time?" Laugh out Loud

I rarely post as i am diabetic and losing my sight. I have problems seeing the letters on keyboard.
To get on with my question, I have played at casino33 and yesterday went to playfair. Tracy was kind enough to register me in. Today I am told that I cannot log in at playfair. I definitly do not understand this. aaaaaaaaacan anyone help me??

Go back to chat and tell them what happened.  They will fix it.  This happened to me too at both casinos.  CS was very helpful on both and fixed both problems.

No , is good advice. I check these forums as much as I can, but there are a few of them. This one has bene hoping for us last 2 weeks though..Thanks for the help, I shoudl have mentioned that also
