Was wondering, I haven't deposited at casino 33 yet but I am thinking about making my first deposit today, any good deposit bonus's for first time depositors? I figured I would ask since casinojack was around, I'll go check website out but thought maybe you would know something better than what is on there....thanks mrgmomma67

The site has all current ones, but all depends on the game you play..133% is a nice one I think

Welcome to the forum CasinoJack.  Ummmmm....My hubby made a booboo and I'm not sure how to correct it now.  I registered with Casino33 and I actually am expecting a callback Monday from a rep about a deposit bonus you guys are offering me (I couldn't deposit when they called last week so they're calling me back). My hubby however registered with Playfair before I read here from the amazing Jimbeaux that you guys were true sister sites. I need his account closed so I don't get messed up Monday when I deposit.  What's the best way to handle this hun?  His ID is Wolfen64 and mine is Booo73 (I know big shock lol).  Thanks so much for your help hun. I am soooooooo looking forward to adding a reliable RTG to my personal list of trusted casinos.  Thanks tons hun.

Hi casinojack, was wondering if you could help me with a problem from casino33?
I deposited $50 and won $334. I was told that I could get my money by Western Union. I was then told that I had been paid by Moneygram. I went into the moneygram agent near me today and the code that I was emailed didn't work and they said that I couldn't get the money basically. The lady there kept my printed out email with the code in it and she wants to launch a fraud investigation into the casino. I was so embarrased going into the moneygram agent and them telling me I had been scammed and now I don't know what to do Idea?!

when i opened my account at playfair i used the sign on name i use at all my casinos but when i went to open my account at casino33 it said user name already is use - so i used my back up log in name - and live help told me that it was ok

Um,so you went to moneygram, and based on your email they going to do what?

Come on now, I think this is going a little to far. Please PM me your login name for the casino and I will look into this. Most players owuld have contacted the casino to ask what the issues was, if there was any. I am in shock by this story, so send me that Pm with your login, and I will address it here when we figure this out. 99% of times is unable to pickup is a name spelled wrong or a typo in the number. It does happen, and we can fix this right away.

It is my understanding that you do not need to open up or register an account at both. Yes, when you download the second casino you get the 'it appears you have not played her before, would you like to register" screen, but if you close that and just use your regular login, you go straight to the games.

RESPONSE: I still did not get a PM, but i was able to look into this by looking up dollar amount. Please check your email, as there was some incorrect information, but all is resolved. Sorry again for the inconvenience.
