I did make a deposit on the offer that the casino made... I then went to live chat this morning gave them the code and assured i would be eligible. I did not make the playthrough this time, unfortunatly but was able to redeem the coupon.

Mote, the minimum deposit for a credit card there is $25. i have been able to deposit with no problems using the walmart issued Visa reloadable card.

I like that the monthly service charge is only $3.00 versus 9.95 that netspend charges.

Yeah, the walmart reloadable is definately the way 2 go. That's what I use 2 make most of my deposits. Sometimes I use my Visa Debit card.

I'll have to talk with my "Other" bank. I have chase (Was WAMU till they got crunched in the housing debacle) and then the other one is a "Visa" debit..But I'll see if they "allow" such things..

Chase is kind of "Picky" obviously.

Hey everyone! Casino Jack here. Just informed by customer service a lot of you trying for duplicate accounts. If this keeps up, we MUST cancel this again. I am sorry, we like you all to try us, but we cannot keep up with the fraud.

Good luck to you all, I know is only a tiny percentage that can mess  up a good thing.

Hi casinojack,

I tried to explain to support (they have not replied to any of my emails) that I did not know that when you signed up for one of your casinos, you already had an account at the other casino.

Usually, even with sisters, you must open an account at each casino yourself.

They do no automatically GIVE YOU AN ACCOUNT at their other casinos just because you signed up at one. (Maybe some of the bingo sites do.)

This has caused a lot of confusion and they don't tell you exactly that is what happened.
In my case they said, that user name already exists, try a different user name.  So I did and that's how I got 2 accounts.

I did not commit intended fraud!

I think Jade has something of a point casinojack.
While I agree that fraud has to be fought ruthlessly, is there anyway to see if these 'multiple' accounts things are actually just an instance of trying to create a unique account at each of the casinos?

This is actually something that many of the rival and Top Games casinos Require you do, creating a seperate unique user profile for each. you can use the same email and personal info but must have a different user name at each.

If this is what you are seeing occurring at Playfair and Casino33 it could explain what is occurring and you can request the players whohave done so to contact Livesupport to have one account designated primary and the second one wiped.

I believe that, if this is the situation (versus 10-15 accounts and attempts to conceal IP addresses and other indications of fraudulant intent), that the mistake is an honest misunderstanding and the player can return to good graaces to ecoming a depositing member of your facility.

I checked my accounts and I am using both the same log in name at both casinos..Damn..I never realized this.

My apologies CasinoJack, such was not my intent.

At the "Rivals" they have account search and this stops me from using the same name in all of them.

But I didn't remember the Casino33 log in and as such have 1 account with Casino33 and one at Playfair.

So is there a way to resolve this??

Please read the thread about casino 33. It is the same casino and you should not have an account at both of them. If you have used two free chip you donīt get paid.

yes folks

These two casinos are "true sisters". This means One account accesses all fetures of both casino's. They also DO pay out on free chips as well as on deposits in a vey respectable timeframe, so if you wish to NOT have you'r win voided, stick to one account.

i would recommend that this be one of those accounts you keep clean and always deposit between chips. A casino that pays off on a non-deposit chip without hassles is a goldmine.

If you are using the same account name and details for both, i beieve that is what you are supposed to be doing Geneco as this constitutes a single account.

The issue is when you do, as with a rival casino, create a second user ID which becomes a second acccount.

casinojack can correct me if i am mistaken.

I to would like to resolve this mess up.
I have not deposited at either casino because of this mix up.
(I can only get into casino33 at this time)
I have made great attempt to resolve this, but as yet no reply from support at fairplay or the message I sent to casinojack and here on this thread today.

I have done all I can do!

CasinoJack,
I have only one account, but i must say.. i'm a little insulted for the others
Fraud is not a nice word, especially for those that have unintentionally
and not knowing and have tried to explain.. this i have done myself

Using the word fraud, jumping on here and immediatley posting that comment only that just being informed?

Maybe a more civil approach could of just explained
that duplicate accounts are not allowed, and you cannot continue with it

I do try to sleep sometimes. The cases I was referring to was having many more then 2 accounts....up to 120 in some cases.

I can help you with support in about 2 hours from now, Just bear with me, and Ill fix everyone's issues. If I offended anyone I am sorry, but I did mention this earlier in the thread about playfair and casino33. I mention fraud as the reason bonus need to stop, not innocent duplicate accounts for those unaware that there are sister sites. 2 accounts does not cause for alarm on our side. Not earlier in this same thread the user hwo suggested using more than one email account, and you will see why I mention fraud, not "oops"

If you contact livehelp, on 24x7, we will ifx these issues right away.

See you back in 2 hours, thanks for your patience.

PS, all RTG groups work the way we do
