my thanks to dirk on his fine job of providing us a list.  I am fighting like hell to get my money from Rome Casino which is a Top Game software site.  Another Top Game site i gave up getting my money was Vegascasino21.  I couldnt get customer service to answer my request for the info needed from me to even start a withdraw request in the chat area.  I emailed customer support and the finance dept more than once asking for an email for the info needed and no reply.  i gave up and played my account down to zero, uninstalled their software and unsubscribed to having bonuse emails sent to me.

I think you should add Slot Madness as well, as they are now owned by Ace Revenue Group.

Im only one person, with two jobs atm, so its hard to put my freetime in this thread.
anyway, aout that last post: i got an email that yes we can had tech issues and was down, so that will prolly be fixed:

As for some of the other casinos, i cant just rogue them, unless there is some evidence or more indications then just from one person, even if that person is really cool and trustworthy...
I will look into it soon, but for rtg i dont really feel the need to bother atm, i feel pretty sceptic towards all rtg; i only am still regged at clubworld group, and Nicholas Johnsons casino, but only because i got paid in the CW group, and Nicholas is a real stand up guy imo.The rest....  
And topgame is under new management or tech upgrades etc., lets wait till that is fixed, then see if all the issues are still happening, might been influencing the suppport too possibly...
Of course someone can happily volunteer to help me investigating, and managing this topic, or maybe  a mod here can assist me and put together a and b and list some of the complaints on more casinos in our forum together and put them under the "under review" tab
