cjwiley, may i also suggest with as you say you are having a hard time with some casinos paying you that you check out LCB's section of direct casino support, maybe the casino you are having a hard time with has a rep here. Also on the front page of the LCB's forums section theres a search button you can put the name of the casino and see what others have to say about it, could be some advice or ways others have handled situations |

A Rival to avoid is Mayan Fortune. The stole my $1500 withdrawal with no reasons and no explanations.No responses to my numerous emails. After a week and intervention by a third party I received an email saying they had returned the money to my account. I am now waiting for the withdrawal to be processed. The treatment I received from them was shocking, despite being a VIP Super elite player for over 3 years and depositing thousands of dollars. Would avoid this one and any of the Pantasia casinos like the plague. Their customer service is non existant. They wont respond to emails. If the third party had not interviened I would never have this money back. They had already refused to return the withdrawal. The main gripe I have with them is how long they take to pay and that incident with Vip Lounge where I made playthrough with chip that was through a different affiliate. They walked me through the whole thing, then after waiting forever and ever, they said I couldn't get the money because I used a code I shouldn't have. As far as everything else goes they were fine. I made withdrawals from all of the ones in little group as a beginner. And you are doing a great job. There are many other more desirable places to play where they treat you like a person. |

i had big troubles installing vegastech, my pc went nuts, and lets just say it needs a lot to act like that ^^ so i decided not to play there, i dont really trust their software, but i honestly cant say anything about them. i could do that bingo thing, but then id have to check out all other bingo's, and i dont really like bingo i will think about it though, if you send me a pm, with a link to that info, i will surely check it out cheers As far as the software, yes it does cause me ALOT of problems, crazy slots for some reason gives me RED screen, and the others just make my pc go wacky (disconnecting, errors, slowness) my anti gives me problems with them as well. I've had my accounts for years i have been able to play them, i like their games, play the tourneys now and then, years ago i have cashed out..(if i recall they were good about paying, not too bad) years since then i have NOT, so as far as updated info on cash-outs and paying i don't know, last time i deposited was maybe about 8 months ago (give or take) right now i keep them off my PC.. its the software and it just got worse over time, another thing is i have noticed alot of their games don't act right... |

This is terrific, & u've put alot of time in...... much appreciated That being said..........& please 4give, but I'm gonna disagree w/ the Lake Palace listing.... I've posted this thought on here b4, but will say again: I've been playing Lake Palace for YEARS..... since day 1, I have had nothing but phenomenal success w/ them. Quick payouts...... no ridiculous faxing of documents...... terrific customer support...... heck, as I've said, I've been there for YEARS & have YET 2 b asked 2 provide ANY kind of utility bill; driver's license; etc. They also periodically send me freebies, including a 100 n/d coupon that I ended up cashing out over $3,000 on. ok thanks tinman, and im happy for you that your one of the ones with good experiences.
still doesnt take away that the majority of the players have encountered issues.
just google a few days, on the group they are part of, and youll surely be appaled.
i will remind you that everyone is free to go where they want.
and if you have good experiences.. well then i would be inclined to say i would probably also stay there...

ok as promised an update. i have spend the last month trying out rival and several bonus offers. ill start off saying, that i think their slots are pure eyecandy, and have the worst RTP ive encountered so far. of course there are a lot of us that want to have fun, and for that the slots are ok, but i advise to play in fun mode then... lately there have been a lot of issues regarding rival casinos, and on the other hand at least 8 new ones have popped up. i will warn you guys, that rival appears to be taking a fall, and it looks like a pretty big one to me. they have been caught cheating, i.e with blackjack, ive seen proof of this, and in three weeks , this has been only strongened by the excuses that those casinos and rival themselves gave. it reminds me of the virtual group. lying, making up excuses, abusing the name they have built up so far. cheating, paying stallments, you name it, they have been doing it lately. the worst thing is, were talking about "reputable" casinos let me tell you that nicholas, our greatest rep ever, hasnt left the sinking ship for nothing... i advise all of you, to withdraw your remaining funds, and see what happens in the next three months. i am very worried for you, luckily i dont have remaining funds:) this is really a serious matter, so i would stick to MG, PlayTech and RTG for now, and the other smaller platforms, that you are playing and happy with for now. |

Thanks for the update Dirk and looking out for everyones best intrests. I thought it was weird how Nic just up and left. Judging from my experience, Rival has been super tight. At first I thought "oh it must be me having a really long run of bad luck", but now that I've heard it from so many others I guess Its not me.

Thank You dirk this is wonderful, your work is appreciated, i have some of the same feelings as you with the rivals. Also i beleive we should warn people about emailing (emails get ignored) and alot of chat/live support is so untrained and/or careless (all casinos) which in turn causes alot more problems and uncertainties with all casinos. Dirk, whats your take on Top Game? |
