  • You may want to update this list with the actual gaming sites, since most do not know that some companies have multiple gaming website.  For example:  Locopanda used to be good but have gone downhill, they are sub gaming company.  And Bovada-Dont get me started on their cheating ways.

  • Yet another proposal from me  - Sloto'Cash

    Here is the story:
    This casino just robbed me and i will tell you how!
    I decided to use their highrollers bonus and registered at the casino. At first i used to play in practise mode so i can see the odds. It seems to be ok and decide to move ahead. Deposited 500$ and use those highrollers bonus! ANd than began my misery!
    Suddenly all the games i have tried in practise mode became so terrible low on odds that i was shocked. It was needed HUNDREDS of spins in any level just to get any free spins and even during these free the wins were more than poor! Awful situation! I have never seen such miserable odds in any casino, in any software! It was more than obvious that all was set up! They tricked players with a good looking bonus and than BOOM - you are doomed, they never gave you a chance of winning anything!
    I was left with 530$ and decide to quit this and conected to the live chat! I told them that according myself i am tricked and the odds are more than miserable and that i want my account to be closed and my money to be refunded! And here comes the worst part of my Slotocash experience! They closed my account IMMEDIATELY and pass the case to the account department. Than a member of this dep. wrote me an email, saying that he has asked someone from the superior management what to do. Meanwhile i told them that i have some gambling problems and really need those 500$ and to solve the case as soon as possible! I waited for them 4 days and finally they send me an email:
    "We have closed your account as per your request and it will not be possible for the account to be re-opened for any reason. We will not distribute any promotional emails and we will do all we can to prevent new accounts being opened.  We will not be issuing a refund for the deposit you made with ourselves." BAM-BAM
    And what am i supposed to do now??? They closed my account and i dont even have the chance to play with MY money to the end and also refused to refund me!

    I dont know what # 28 is, but there isnt any rule that will help the OP.  This is a clear case of being a "sore loser".  The OP "played first for fun to check the odds".  but then when they played for real and the "odds werent the same"  the OP obviously went on to lose the entire bonus (probably 400% $2000)  and then stopped playing when the balance was down to their original deposit $500.  The OP then wanted a "refund"  because they couldnt win.  The casino obviously had to then close the account, becasue not only were they dealing with gambling problem, but also a fraudster.  I dont blame the casino for not allowing the OP to play the remaining balance.  Why would anyone want to let someone that is actually trying to scam them continue to play.  The OP should be entitled to $0 and was assessed the penalty of having the remaining balance confiscated.

    I actually cant believe the OP actually posted the details of what they had done.  This is a great forum for information, but seriously,  did the OP really think we are that stupid?  Did they really want us to feel bad that their scam didnt work?
  • Hey all, just found out some bad detail about DiamondVIP casino. I was thinking about playing and thought I'd check out the bonus terms. I found out unless you hit a recognized jackpot there's a max cash out of 10X your deposit. So if you play Video poker like I do and happen to hit the royal flush (4000 coin win), and you deposited $100, you'll only get $1000. Thought you all should know. I won't be playing there ever.

  • Good and bad news about Desert Nights casino;
    GOOD NEWS: I had a great experience here, support staff was very friendly, got a great bonus and managed to win a good amount. BAD NEWS: Being in Europe (I think somewhere near Greece) they don't do overnight checks and use wire transfers instead. Since I'm from the US, our banks have some tricky restrictions on international transfers and not knowing that my bank (credit union) uses what they call a correspondent bank (an additional account number), the 1st wire attempt failed and cost me $100 of my amount. Overnight checks are much nicer, too bad, I liked playing here.

    I know this casino is still on the black list, but I did have good experiences at the other Virtual group casinos, Planet7, Royal Ace, Slot Madness, winning quite a few times. Eventually they cut off the no restriction bonuses
    (I understand, no problem). So I moved on and created an account at Catseye and they wouldn't even let me log in. When I asked why, they said I was on the list for free chip bonus abuse or something like that. When I asked for an apology I got no response. I'm an honest person and try my best to understand and follow the rules of these casinos. This is a smack in the face.     BOTTOM LINE FOR ALL:
    1. Don't accept everything they tell you as truth (and they do sometimes make mistakes)
    2. Check the coupon details for yourself before depositing or playing
    3. Check the box to have the chat transcript emailed to you for your reference
    4. Keep these people honest by exposing any who you feel tries to intentionally mis-lead you, which I feel this person did

    I know I've spoken to this guy before and although I can't find the transcript, I was just as mad then.

    This came to our attention when a player reported having their $26,000 balance confiscated -- $3000 of which was cashable due to "max WD" limits -- when they requested payment.     I would guess that slow payment would be true for most. I'm curious what  would constitute  fast payment? Love to hear from others on this. The fasted I've ever been paid is 17 days from cash out. (all required documents submitted and approved previously)

    I would say that anything up to 5 days is "reasonable"  for US players given all the processor probs however that is way too long for countries that have no restrictions.  If SkyVegas can pay within 10 mins, I see no reason why others cannot do the same, after all it only takes seconds to get the money on the casino if you are using a debit/credit card or an e-wallet.

I do agree with you, if they can debit your card in seconds, they should be able to pay within minutes or at worst a few days if they have to send a check. It's odd that many casinos have to hire a processor located in Canada to send us a check here in the US. They tell us not to contact that processor for any reason, that they don't know what the check is for and that it would jeopardize their business. They also blame this processor for the delays in most cases.
    My guess is that the delays are not because of the processor but that the processor hasn't cleared the funds from the casino yet. In the US when we deposit an out of country check or even out of state check the bank sometimes puts a hold on it for two weeks until the funds are verified. Why can't this be done electronically? Because the banks use this as a dragging their feet ploy to make interest on this money.

    i receive some good bonuses from them (not so good as in 32red) but not bad
    the dificulty in winning is the same in ALL mg casinos, may be you are just in a bad luck time.
    if a game is paying good in 1 casino = is paying in the other casinos too

    dont blame a casino only because of bad luck and/or lower bonuses
    easy or not, they pay to the players in a timely manner

    casinos to avoid should be the casinos that pay to you later or never in case you won.

  • As far as Vegas Technology casinos, I can't vouch for Liberty or Miami because they are relatively new and have no history. I have been playing GO Casino, (now called My GO Casino) for about 7 yrs.
