    I have played quite a bit at the Virtual group and though it does take 2 months to get paid, they have paid me every time. I have won just under 4K in the past three months and most of my deposits are small.
    The thing that I DID like about them (not any more) is that for a while they offered me 200-300% no restrictions bonuses, no playthrough, any game and no max cash out.
    Example 1: 11/23/10 deposited $100, got bonus of $300 and I won $2400. They paid me $2100 on 1/19/11.
    Example 2:  11/29/10 deposited $200, got bonus of $600 and I won$1500. They paid me $900.51 on 1/19/11.
    Example 3: 1/20/11 deposited $150, got bonus of $450 and I won 1000. I'm waited to be paid for this one and after speaking to the manager just a few days ago I expect payment this coming week. (overnight check by UPS of FEDEX)

    ONE vital bit of advice here it that they will take that away after some time if you've done some winning like I had. Now I can not get any no restrictions bonuses from any of their casinos. My game is video poker. Another bit of advice: be honest and polite with them, especially whey they have your balls in their hands. You will get your money, just keep track of all your deposits, winnings, bonuses etc. I keep an list of how much I deposited, how much the bonus was, and how much I won. Then stay on them about getting paid.

Virtual Casinos are so high risk and why would you have to place yourself at their mercy to be super nice? Your are THEIR customer and they should be super nice to you.

  • I've been waiting a couple of months before posting anything negative but here goes....

    I would avoid GO casino, Online Vegas, Crazy Slots and Grand Vegas.

    I was a very loyal depositor and only claimed the offered 25-100% bonus on deposits.  Never cashed out.

    The group banned all of my accounts.  I received 6 different 'excuses' as to why  I was banned, none of which were true.

    If a company is willing to ban a loyal paying customer, I would be very leary of depositing and hoping for a cashout from this group.

    I should add, 1-2 hours wait time for 'live support', which I've experienced and seen all over the boards, is  laughable.

    In regards to my above post, I was told the day after I made my 40+ deposit, that I ' was no longer welcome', 'was no longer wanted', 'the casino is stopping all future business contact' and worse.

    Support was SO rude and hurtful.  It really bothered me at first, now I say 'Good Riddance'.

  • I dont think I will be playing at Club Player any further They approved me for a withdrawal on May 5th I have not received the funds in the Quick Tender and told them today I did not want my winnings going there since QT is alleging that the DOJ took over US players winnings sent by wire transfer and they supposedly froze accounts yet Club Player was insistent that my money go to QT anyway. I did not deposit through QT so I dont understand why the withdraw has to go by QT Sounds more like a scam than anything else And there is nothing to indicate that the DOJ took over US winnings. In fact earlier this week, QT sent me an email and apologized for their bank not sending my money because of a back up due to Jubilation Day Now QT alleges all winnings were sent by their bank. I dont believe it until the DOJ confirms it took this action. Avoid the Virtual Group, too.

    I read LCB review on CP and it also stated that they had improved. I did have one successful payout from CP via QT. There are two more withdraws that I have not received, one from QT and the other last known is still with CP although they were insistent yesterday that it be sent to QT anyway, knowing of its troubles. I did not deposit with QT so therefore I do not understand why the method in which I deposited is not allowed as a withdraw method. I have not had this problem at other casinos, only CP. CP was adament that my withdraw request be sent to QT anyway even though QT alleges UMW takeover by US DOJ. I just dont belive it. QT emailed me on May 16 to tell me my payment was delayed and not sent out by its bank because of a holiday in the Netherlands on May 5, which seems to be the day QT is now alleging it first learned of problems. If so, then why on May 6 did QT send me an email confirming it sent my withdraw request to its bank. Now, all of a sudden we are told the US DOJ froze players winnings. Why would my money be involved anyway if it had not even left the bank in the Netherlands according to QT email? CP got me caught up in the middle of this by requiring that I use QT rather than withdraw through my deposit method. CP also uses money Gram and Western Union and I find it difficult to believe that my money cant be sent this way by CP if there are issues. I am the one who has to prove who I am when claiming my money by these methods. If this is how casinos are going to treat US players after taking their money, maybe DOJ should be involved. DOJ just ordered Absolute Poker to return $100 million in winnings to US players. It was todays headline, no mention of UMW takeover.    Lostflower

  • QT sent an email stating that it will recover my funds from its bank and return them to the QT account and that I should find out what merchants accept QT to use the funds. I did not deposit with merchandise so my cashout should be cash, not merchandise This is whats going on at QT right now. I dont know the status of my approved withdrawal at CP I do not want this to go to QT for obvious reasons. I dont think I am the only one caught up like this if it involves all QT withdrawal requests. I just want my money and will just have to be more careful. Lostflower

    I understand your frustration but please refrain from using capital letters as it is considered shouting in the written word.

    There is a topic on the forum somewhere about the RJ's rallying upwards and then resetting back to the original amount but I can't find it.  Apparently, it is supposed to be an enticement (as I recall from the original thread).  If you watch all RJ's on all RTG's you will notice that they do this a lot of the time.

    I guess the fact that it is going quite quickly gives the illusion that you are not the only person playing that slot.

    Sorry you feel swindled but it is standard practice, or so it seems.

    I've spend 90% of my time there and done quite well. That being said, all the discussion is correct about delay tactics and voided winnings. Last week I deposited $30, got the $50 for depositing with a credit card and took no other bonus. I was told the $50 was just like cash with no restrictions (2-times).
    (BTW, I always have them email me the chat thread so I have record of their word). It's never done any good, but it makes me know what I'm talking about.
    I promptly won $250 and cashed out. After going round and round with the chat staff and even having supervisor go into the cashier office and plead my case, they ended up giving me the choice of starting again with my $30 or playing 60X play through on the $250 I had won which was $4800 (typical of VP which is what I like to play)
    One note to all new players who are thinking about going there. When you're new they will offer you 250-325% no restriction bonuses. This is when you can make some serious profit. Once you have won a few times. (I think I took about 10 of these bonuses) they will put you on a restricted list and you'll no longer be able to receive any no restriction bonuses. I found the same true with the Silver Oak casino the last several weeks, after redeeming a no restriction bonus (250% "BIG250") about 6 times the put me on the restricted list. (not before I walked away with a profit of $1200)

  • Im becoming very shy of bonuses lately ... so much hidden nonsense only bonuses im remotely interested in now are no wagering , no max cashout , and no rules .. ive picked a few bonuses up like this ..not that i cant make the playthrough ive done it many times easy ... its just the horsing around involved ..struck so many casinos that just wont budge when they have to pay up ... its like ...dont offer it if you cant handle the heat ..

    Metro Casino: Questionable odds (on their games issued by different software providers, so theres less chance of it being an unlucky losing streak as it was on more that 1 software providers games), Unfair support, lost over £200 in a matter of 20 mins (less I think), support wouldnt even offer me a free chip and then refused to close my account until I have emailed them with my details to close it.

    BetSafe: Were unfair. I won, they requested specifically goverment ID, or birth certificate or driving licence. I explained that in the UK there is no government ID and I dont drive and have never been overseas thus have neither. I told them I did have my birth certificate which is sufficient ID at casinos that use the same software. They refused to accept it and instead of being polite told me quite rudely that I will not see a penny of my cash until I supply them with a driving licence or passport. They then insisted that I "go out and buy a passport"

  • BuzzLuck....Not credited my deposit! Anyone else had this problem with them? Its been 4 days since I used my pre paid Visa to deposit and it went into a pending mode. They would not credit it, said the "Cashiers" had to do that. They still haven't and now i am supposed to wait until Monday for them to look at it. The funds have already cleared and been removed from my CC balance, and I have the reference # but they still say I have to wait. I use this card all the time and a casino has never withheld my deposit before. So BEWARE of CC deposits there. They don't seem to take them very seriously.

    I have to believe that most of the problems with the online casinos is that we the players don't want to read the fine print and when we go to cash out expecting to get paid, we feel they screw us out of it.
    I'm just a player, and not any part of any casino, but I have won at the Virtual casinos and also Silver Oak. I won at Silver Oak 4 times recently and was paid in about 10 days from cash out. I did have a mis-understanding but was able to resolve it with a few explanations in my favor.

    Regarding Virtual casinos, I agree they pay slow. I won there 7 times and almost always it was about 2 months from cash out to getting  the check but I got every one except one. I did get screwed out of that extra $50 for using a credit card because the chat person told me I didn't have to use a coupon. I won $250 and they did deny it. My deposit was only $30 though, can't win them all.

    My advice is read and follow the restrictions, and always be patient and polite, face it they've got you by the balls when you want your money. Chat and email can be very hard to express emotion, you might be smiling but your message may say something else. Best of Luck to ALL of us

  •   I never thought I'd be saying this but Inetbet should be avoided. I made playthrough on recent $12 chip, cashout was $50. After hitting on bonus round, put me over $60, amount was reduced to $40 something..I played more, after a few spins hit $50 on one spin, put me to $92, and half of that disappeared. I played trying to get back up and of course, lost.
          I looked in account history and saw $38 taken out. Nothing else. I let support know what happened. They insist $50 was put back in after first time,and second time never happened. I have been back and forth with them and alls they can tell me I am mistaken. I ask them to look into it in game log,and they should see. They showed me their version of history that has $50 on there. I tell them their's is wrong and incomplete and still they give me the same crap.
            I would have cashed out if.it was at $50,but twice they sabatoged me and don't have the courtesy to check it out. Only accuse me of being mistaken, This is ridiculous, their word against mine. If I'm wrong they can't even show me I'm wrong.     This casino just robbed me and i will tell you how!
    I decided to use their highrollers bonus and registered at the casino. At first i used to play in practise mode so i can see the odds. It seems to be ok and decide to move ahead. Deposited 500$ and use those highrollers bonus! ANd than began my misery!
    Suddenly all the games i have tried in practise mode became so terrible low on odds that i was shocked. It was needed HUNDREDS of spins in any level just to get any free spins and even during these free the wins were more than poor! Awful situation! I have never seen such miserable odds in any casino, in any software! It was more than obvious that all was set up! They tricked players with a good looking bonus and than BOOM - you are doomed, they never gave you a chance of winning anything!
    I was left with 530$ and decide to quit this and conected to the live chat! I told them that according myself i am tricked and the odds are more than miserable and that i want my account to be closed and my money to be refunded! And here comes the worst part of my Slotocash experience! They closed my account IMMEDIATELY and pass the case to the account department. Than a member of this dep. wrote me an email, saying that he has asked someone from the superior management what to do. Meanwhile i told them that i have some gambling problems and really need those 500$ and to solve the case as soon as possible! I waited for them 4 days and finally they send me an email:
    "We have closed your account as per your request and it will not be possible for the account to be re-opened for any reason. We will not distribute any promotional emails and we will do all we can to prevent new accounts being opened.  We will not be issuing a refund for the deposit you made with ourselves." BAM-BAM
    And what am i supposed to do now??? They closed my account and i dont even have the chance to play with MY money to the end and also refused to refund me!

    it is gambling, if i remember correctly, and you cant expect to get a refund, do'h where did i go wrong lol, maybe i should ask for a refund on all my losses in all the casinos i have lost my money in too lol, o well

    A TIP: only gamble what you can afford to lose. simple. sorry if this is a bit harsh, but it is the truth and sorry you have a gambling problem, a lot have gambling problems but like i said, just gamble what u can afford too.

  • ValDesMalDes, you issued self-exclusion option that every casino is offering with quite precise terms&conditions, i hope that you are aware of that.

    Self-exclusion is a program that helps people combat gambling addiction, and major part of that is the fact that once you exclude yourself its not only ireversable but it also prevents you from registering again.

    Mistake you made is that you should withdraw your deposit prior to self-exclusion, or at least played with it untill the end.

  • Valdemal -  there's no way I would allow them to close my account with $500 in there.  I would tell them I want account reopened so you could play.  If they refuse, then they just stole your money.  If you deposited thru cc, contact your cc company and try to get money back.

    These unregulated casinos have nobody to answer to and can just keep players deposits with no repercussion.  Fight back!

    I myself have won using $20 deposit and cashout $150 and $200.
    Well it was end of last year. I am not sure whether this year they become this bad.

    Yes thanks for the time spent looking out for us. I have done really well recently at Captain Jack and got all but the last check, which will be any day now within a few weeks of cashing out. No problems here at least with me. I also did really well before that at Silver Oak but most recently Royal Ace has been a bust, after many tries, seems to be a different payout percentage.     Here is the story:
    This casino just robbed me and i will tell you how!
    I decided to use their highrollers bonus and registered at the casino. At first i used to play in practise mode so i can see the odds. It seems to be ok and decide to move ahead. Deposited 500$ and use those highrollers bonus! ANd than began my misery!
    Suddenly all the games i have tried in practise mode became so terrible low on odds that i was shocked. It was needed HUNDREDS of spins in any level just to get any free spins and even during these free the wins were more than poor! Awful situation! I have never seen such miserable odds in any casino, in any software! It was more than obvious that all was set up! They tricked players with a good looking bonus and than BOOM - you are doomed, they never gave you a chance of winning anything!
    I was left with 530$ and decide to quit this and conected to the live chat! I told them that according myself i am tricked and the odds are more than miserable and that i want my account to be closed and my money to be refunded! And here comes the worst part of my Slotocash experience! They closed my account IMMEDIATELY and pass the case to the account department. Than a member of this dep. wrote me an email, saying that he has asked someone from the superior management what to do. Meanwhile i told them that i have some gambling problems and really need those 500$ and to solve the case as soon as possible! I waited for them 4 days and finally they send me an email:
    "We have closed your account as per your request and it will not be possible for the account to be re-opened for any reason. We will not distribute any promotional emails and we will do all we can to prevent new accounts being opened.  We will not be issuing a refund for the deposit you made with ourselves." BAM-BAM
    And what am i supposed to do now??? They closed my account and i dont even have the chance to play with MY money to the end and also refused to refund me!
    If you go to their web page under the termsand conditions general terms... read number 28, maybe this will work for you. I hope so. good luck
