  • Hi everyone,

I need some help. I just recently won $2500 at Vegas online casino. My question is how do I go about getting my money, do I really have to send all my personal info they want like copies of my drivers license, credit card, and bank info?

    Sounds kinda of fishey!

    Thanks, Danny

Ps. I'm glad I found this site, it seems too be real helpful!!!!

  • Hi Danny,

    Welcome to the forum.

You will definitely need to comply with all their requirements in order to get your withdrawal.

Looks like a faxback form on their website along with copies of the front and back of your credit/debit card used to fund your account plus either drivers license or passport (photo ID).  It's not fishy - a lot of casinos require this info.

Good luck with that and do let us know how you get on.

  • Thanks blue, I had a feeling you be the one to help me from what I've been reading here. I will definitely let you know how it goes.

    Thanks again

  • Just a quick update,  I faxed over all the info they wanted, and then I called them to see if they recieved my fax, after five minutes of holding the lady told me to call back in 45 minutes because no one was around to check the fax machine.

I bet if I was sending them money someone would be available real quick!

  • One thing, when u fax the back of your credit or debit card remember to black out the 3 digit security code.  Thats an important step I dont think u know.

  • Dam, gunny I did include the three digits on the back!! What should I do now, cancel my card???

    I'm worried now!

  • I've never sent my card details so I didn't know that.

    Thanks Gunny.

    Sorry Danny.

  • Do you guys think I should cancel my card ASAP?

Or just keep an eye on my account?

I would find out if they received the information by fax first.  If they have not received it, you should cancel your card as chances are the fax would have gone somewhere else.  If they have received it, I would request they black out those 3 security numbers for you and get them to confirm that they have done it.

You should definitely keep an eye on your account.

  • If memory serves me right when u fill out a CA form which is the customer authorization form it says on there to black out the security code.  If its a credit card keep a close eye on it but if its a bank debit card personally I would cancel it and have a new one issued.  Recently I had to cancel my bank debit card and had a new one issued over a bogus charge.  I had no idea who caused the transaction. I did my own investigation, left my bank out of it and got the charge reversed. Remember there is a huge difference with your liability financially between a credit card and a debit card.  The last thing in the world I want is any bank or credit card company investigating any charges I make.  In the USA u heard of the privacy act??  Well these banks will turn info over to the FBI in a heartbeat if they track down any transactions that has to do with online gambling.  Just ask the 5 people in Oklahoma in late 2010 when the FBI came banging on their front door after their bank turned on them.  This is dangerous enough as is with our financial info overseas so take every precaution allowed.

  • Thanks gunny,

Everything seems fine with my credit card so far. I've been checking it every hour pretty much.

Now I know what not to do in the future, thanks for everyone's help!

  • Hi y'all, I have good news, I cashed my check from vegas casino online today, but still have to wait and see if it goes through.

    Thanks to everyone who help!
