I just found out today that my account was globally banned from Rivals (by calling), even though I've done nothing wrong. That's fine with me as other
rival casinos did pay me if I had any pending cash out. At casino royal club, I still had the unfinished transaction, in other words, I still had a balance in my account. I just need casino royal club to allow me to login so I can complete this unfinished transaction, winning or losing after that, you can close my account afterward.

I called them today aslo and one of the operator told me that my account was globally banned from Rival and the operator told me to call back in 30 min as I requested to speak to the manager. The manager was there, but the operator just wanted me to go away (just my guess) and I called back, the manager was still busy. I never had a chance to send the message I want the manager to hear as I said in my email. Either that or they already know what I want, but they just didn't want to resolve the issue.
what can I do now? any advice?
