Most of the Microgaming Casinos have already or are in the process of migrating existing USA players to another USA Exclusive software...The new software is very similar to Microgaming, however with fewer games and no tournaments.

Today several of my existing accounts that I had under one group merged.  For example now All Slots is now All Slots USA.  My favorite games are gone and the payout is terrible.  Not sure that I will return to that one.  I received and email yesterday about Fortune Lounge group doing the same!

Yes all of the Microgaming seem to be merging into one or two new USA friendly casinos...I don't know what to think, as I have very few Microgaming accounts, I don't play the software, so the changes wont really affect me, I know others are very unhappy with the move so far.

I wrote to Rich Reels and told them how I felt about losing them and that I've already been noticing changes. And I also expressed concern of my possible birthday present for my birthday which is next month, and asked if there was one if I could have it now? I know I should be ashamed of myself, but I received one of the warmest e-mails I have ever gotten. Here it is:--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi Helena,

Thank you for taking the time to email us and expressing your views and concerns.  We really do appreciate it.

Helena, at this point we have not been given too much details by Microgaming with regards to the move over of US accounts. However, I assure you, no matter what the outcome, this change will have little or no impact on any of our players experience here at Villento Las Vegas or Rich Reels.  You will still continue to enjoy the games, look and feel of the casino which you have always done, also, not forgetting our wonderful promotional offers which you can take full advantage of.

With regards to a birthday bonus, you need to keep a lookout on your mailbox, as qualifying players are notified via email, informing them of these types of bonuses.  Bonuses are awarded at the discretion of our Promotions Department and I have enquired for a possible bonus on your account.  After reviewing your casino account, they have managed to top up your loyalty points to a whopping 20 000. Now, I am sure luck is bound to swing your way soon J  You may redeem your points on you end and have fun playing any of your favourite games.

Just a friendly reminder, Helena, you have also been offered a Weekend Purchase Match which entitles you to a 30% bonus on deposits up to $400. This offer is currently running from today, 27 May 2010 – Sunday, 30 May 2010 (23:59 CET). So do take advantage of this prestigious offer as I am sure reels are bound to turn in your favor soon!

Wishing you the very best of luck at the casino and do enjoy the rest of your week.

Should you have any further enquiries please feel free to contact us at any time.

Warm regards,

Lisa

I chatted with a Rich Reels customer service rep. last night. I was told that we will be switched over on June 1st........ Sad. However, they were VERY nice and offered to top off my points. Pretty cool.

I had to observe a moment of silence for my favorite games. Cry

I think it is a shame for everybody because the US probably put's the most money into these casino. I would not be surprised to see some of these casinos go way down hill because of the loss of money. Some microgaming casinos are horrible already I really hope they do not all get this way, they are really all i deposit at. I am Canadian and am still concerned.

You are right Cg2129 - they are horrible already.  They seem a bit "dead" to me.  Just watching the "temperatures" on some of them stay where they are for so long is a bit strange too.
