Not to worry I worked out the issue. I have recently bought a new router a Belkin and obviously something in the setting made it not allow me to play tournaments. i am taking the thing back as the wireless on it stopped working and belkin support couldnt help me fix the problem. So with my old modem everything is working much better. I dont like the wireless routers or maybe its just that particular brand or model who knows. Funny though not one of the support people on microgaming asked me if i had installed any new software or firewalls or hardware. they just put up their hands and said not our issue we could care less work it out yourself. No one replied to my emails either nice right, all they care about is us gambling addicts pumping in more and more money. So sad for us not them.
