They will say that they do not accept new players from the US and they might ask you to submit your info when they accept US players in the future.
or you can go straight to the point and say that you want to submit your info to get an account with them in the future.
You might receive a suprised email in 7 days.

I got my casino share account the other way around, but similar to this way.  I submited my info to one secret person and that person submitted my info to the casino.
REMEMBER:  you have to keep it underground, do not go back and complain be you cannot get the acct while others can, or they will shut it down.

I got my microgaming accounts another way...I registered with all my information, except I used a different country of origin (United Kingdom, American Samoan).  I sent an email to support with my verification documents asking if someone could change my country of origin to usa...all other information was correct and verified...I got a email in a few days with login information...

It didn't work with all of the, but it worked with some of them... Cheesy
