I dont think it will end up being a big deal. We have been through this over and over for about 10 years in the
poker world. One door closes, another one opens.
I miss how it was about 8-9 years ago when you had
Party Poker as their own
echeck processor, Central Coin,
Citadel,
Neteller, etc. It was a simple time to get money in and out and everyone minded their own business.
Then we had the days of the prepaid "phone card", which was nice because it was also an ATM card and most sites would cash out instantly. IE.. you could win $500 and have it in hand 15 minutes later.
I have not yet figured out who has this agenda of shutting down offshore gaming, I know that a large majority of conservatives are against gaming for different reasons..oddly enough they are big supporters of less government and living free.. figure that one out?
The
casino owning tribes have a lot of pull, especially here in Arizona and in California. People have tried to open non indian card rooms here and have felt the wrath of heavy litigation eventually leading to them being shut down.
Who knows? What I do know is that I earn my own money and pay my taxes.. how dare you tell me where I can and cannot spend my money as part of your political agenda. Tax it and make it legal here moron's.
