i went to maple casino last night w/ credit card in hand to obtain the so called 100 free spins on the loaded slot, i ended up making 2 deposits, never got my so called 150% bonus and never got the free spins , due to the security dept saying they needed all kinds of documents for the free spins even after i made 2 valid credit card deposits,stay away from here this casino just went rouge

Hi, this casino is bunk, I also got scammed by them. I did the deposit also and never received a bonus of 150% as promised. I"M JUST WARNING OTHER PEOPLE DO NOT PLAY HERE!!!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO CALL THEMSELVES CANADIANS!!!

I also had alot of problems with them a few years ago. Live chat or email support is no help there at all, I tried for 2 weeks to get a deposit bonus and never got it, and they still send emails to deposit again and claim bonuses.

customer support really *ucks for this casino group let me tell you that all guys there have not even a slight idea whats going on but one guy , go ask to speak with Rick , he is the only one that can help you , I had some issues in the past with there casino group and he was the only one who made everything right anyone else is just s waste of time Smiley
P.S. have in mind that you can receive welcome bonus (match or/and free spins) only at one of the casinos from all the group  Wink
