Hi,  I am the kind of person it takes a lot to get angry and I usually let bygones be bygones especially with casino's because i enjoy playing so much.   But after putting up with virus warnings every time I start up this group of casinos and hours later still having to clean them off;  after spending literally hundreds of dollars in a couple of months with each one of them after I discovered they have an easy way to deposit;  after no answers to my e-mails, after being made to feel like a 'beggar'  especially during the holidays,  I am finally done with this group and if this was the top of the line rtg casino's then I am done with all online gaming.  I wish you all a Happy Christmas and a healthy and prosperous New Years

Hey misskitty, Happy Christmas to you also, i wish you to find a more satisfying place to play your favourite games in year to come.

I wish to point one thing that you may be helpfull regarding virus warnings that you have. I use Kaspersky Internet Security suite for protection and many times i get virus warnings on various casinos that are not actually warnings (it happens mostly if you put your protection suite on any automated mode) and as far as i know many other antiviruses tends to act similar when they scan and monitor a program that is working online esspecially casino software that is checking for updates, so would be good to check the exact name of the virus from the warning and compare that name on the antivirus manufacturer's site just to be sure its actually a virus and not false suspicious behavior.

this group used to be decent a while back but must've hit major financial problems because they went downhill in a hurry.

Just wanted to update/warn everyone.  I was weak and decided to deposit again. Stupid stupid stupid!  Something happened that has never happened before to me,   I made 3 deposits and they cleared my bank.  And then suddenly a couple days later {yesterday} and bank goes into the negative. They tell me that 2 more withdrawals tried to come thru for a total of 5!   I've spoken to slots plus and that Stupid msgift cards people and the best answer I got was I just have to wait till it all balances back into my account in a few days!  This is downright crooked and I want to warn everyone.   I will not be so stupid in the future

don't deposit at RTG.  They're a total mess run by criminals.  Stall payments, low payout and breaking the U.S. law.  Try to find local land based casino or anything rather than send them 1 penny.

Hi misskitty,

Sorry to hear that this has happened to you. I would be upset too if i made three deposits and 5 came through to my bank. I am wondering if maybe you double clicked as the deposit was being processed and got doubled charged. I ask because i did that once and it took so long to process i thought it didn't go through.

I agree with drtheolen that the Club World group is a great option if you enjoy playing online casinos.

I hope it gets credited as soon as possible for you.

That's terrible misskitty,  I agree with  drtheolen and Lips, you can't go wrong with the  Club World group.  Also,  Jackpot Capital is very reliable and they pay quick too!    I've decided as far as RTG goes, I think I'm going to stick with these groups.   I know they won't try  anything shady,  are very generous around special occasions and always pay.   Like I said in another post, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".   I know it's cliche but  you have to go with what you know.

To add one more point, there is no big waste in claiming the no deposit bonus even if casino isnt that reputable, its their money you are gambling after all and the only thing you can loose is time.

I always go for no deposit, if i win and dont get paid its still no big deal and reason to be pissed, RTG games are a lot of fun and if you invest some time to carefully read and obbey their rules you might even get pleasantly suprised with some withdrawal Cheesy
