I received a free $25 No deposit offer from Loco Panda. I completed the wager requirements. I was told to submit faxback form. Along with ID, bill and a $21 deposit. I submitted the faxback form, my drivers license, front and back copies of my credit card and bank statement. My credit card that I used to deposit is a reloadable visa that I've had for over 2 or 3 years. I only use it for deposits and that all. The card company misspelled 1 letter in my name. Example "Chocolate Man - Chocolate Nan". Because of this they won't approve my faxback. My drivers license and my bill statement shows the correct spelling. Which differs by 1 mi spelled letter. I have never took up this issue with my card company. 1) because I've never had a problem 2) I don't use it no where but on line. 

This has been going on for over a week and it's getting no where. I even went and bought 2 others prepaid cards. But they won't work there.

Rena I have been going back and forth back and forth. I've spoken to 2 managers on the phone. Both claim they can't do anything its up to the finance dept. I've sent them several emails. To no avail. There is nothing fraudulent about my docs or my credit card. I have asked several other people to get involved. This is just sicken.

Sad thing is...I even told them several times. To contact the credit card company. To verify my Name and address. And they wouldn't. My last name begins with a B but the card has a D (like Bowden but Dowden)

The one thing I've noticed about this group is the faxback form needs to be accurate and complete.  I didn't have a problem with grandparker, but onbling wanted the bank address on form or they would'nt accept it.  The rep today also emphasized getting in the faxback form accurately.
