Last Sunday i made $85 deposit and received welcome bonus. Then i sent email asking customer support to remove the given bonus.I managed to win $45 playing BJ surrender and then decided to withdraw $130. 3 days later i received email from king solomons customer support saying i need to comply with promotional terms and conditions , meaning i have to fulfill the wagering requirements. The exact same thing happened to me when i played over windows casino( they are both playtech casinos)  Angry.  So once again i had to explain that no bonus means no wagering requirements, meaning promotional T&C do not apply to me...
Windows casino have validated my claims, i only hope King Solomons will do the same.

i don't like the playtech policies, cashout take so long and they sometimes make "winnigplayers" hard to get their cash :[

They have 4 days pending period for withdrawal, and it takes another couple of days to receive money.I always make my withdrawals on Mondays, so i could get the money by Saturday .I use moneybookers as banking option.
I cant say i had bad experience with playtech casinos so far... windows casino paid me after i made my case, i hope it will be the same with king solomons...i see this matter only as a minor setback   Wink

Two more emails in 2 days, and still nothing...no word from support.. Angry
So  i have decided to try to withdraw again and i submitted the request... must say their way of conducting business is very unprofessional...still let see if i get the money, so i can give my final judgement on this casino.
So far not good....

My claims have been validated. Smiley I received money just this morning. My general impression is that they were stalling my payment, hoping i would gamble and lose my deposit+ winnings. Must say after 6 non answered emails i was starting to lose my patience, but i never considered gambling my cash. I actually got them on live chat on early Sunday morning( was around 1am, i just came from a pub Wink), and i gave a hard time to support guy..i was angry  but i tried to be as courteous as i could.
The support guy was surprisingly very polite, and promised me that he 'll urge this matter.Obviously  he kept his promise... Smiley
My final word on King Solomons is to be very careful if u decide to play there. You should keep all your records( sent, received emails, ticket numbers, transaction IDs, live chat transcripts, screenshots of deposits and withdrawals), just in case you need to argue them and to be able to prove your point.
