We all agree that these bonus terms are not the greatest. I personally think they are quite predatory.
Unfortunately, and IMO, there is no ground for alfreed to get $5K. As far as I read these terms the max cashout rule is clear. Is it fair to have such low max cashout and to play with the deposit money first ( where in case you lose the original deposit you cant win it back ) ? I think not.
But its their T&Cs.
And like I said many times before you can choose
not to take the bonus.
I did express my concerns to
Juicy Stakes representative regarding these bonus rules and they will look into it.
As far as your withdrawal ( $300 ) I was told you have requested the cashout so please confirm if you already got the money. But even in retrospect I cannot fathom that anyone could be of the opinion that the terms as stated "maximum bonus conversion is $300" mean what JS says they mean. And I'm sure most players would agree with me (at least those without professional ties to LCB.)
I understand that you retracted this statement but this comment was not called for and I really do not appreciate your insinuations. I took your case, went back and forth with
casino rep. about this issue.
I know you dont like the fact you not going to get paid the full amount, but Im afraid you were never entitled to get it all in the first place.
Take it what you will but this complaint is resolved as far as Im concerned.
cheers
