Alfreed, I am sure Zuga has done his best. I am sorry you became the person who showed others that this casino is untrustworthy, but to take a cheap shot like this is beneath you.

I am unable to edit the post, but I retract that parenthesis, that may have been uncalled for. It's just the pent up frustration lashing out randomnly. :(

I do understand this Alfreed. The thought of winning $5,000 and then having it snatched away by some idiotic rules would drive me up the wall (And even over it). It's very understandable that you feel this way and I thank you for retracting that statement.

We all agree that these bonus terms are not the greatest. I personally think they are quite predatory.

Unfortunately, and IMO, there is no ground for alfreed to get $5K. As far as I read these terms the max cashout rule is clear. Is it fair to have such low max cashout and to play with the deposit money first ( where in case you lose the original deposit you cant win it back ) ? I think not.
But its their T&Cs.

And like I said many times before you can choose not to take the bonus.

I did express my concerns to Juicy Stakes representative regarding these bonus rules and they will look into it.

As far as your withdrawal ( $300 ) I was told you have requested the cashout so please confirm if you already got the money.

But even in retrospect I cannot fathom that anyone could be of the opinion that the terms as stated "maximum bonus conversion is $300" mean what JS says they mean. And I'm sure most players would agree with me (at least those without professional ties to LCB.)

I understand that you retracted this statement but this comment was not called for and I really do not appreciate your insinuations. I took your case, went back and forth with casino rep. about this issue.
I know you dont like the fact you not going to get paid the full amount, but Im afraid you were never entitled to get it all in the first place.

Take it what you will but this complaint is resolved as far as Im concerned.

cheers
Zuga

I see the thread is marked "resolved".

For the record I don't consider this case resolved at all. IMO we're dealing with outright theft and fraud by a rogue casino. But I understand there's no way LCB's going to agree with me, so I'll leave it. Anyone reading this thread can make up their own mind and draw their own conclusions.

BTW, I also went through the play history to verify whether I had completed the wagering requirement when they stole my money. My play history shows $14,992 in wagers out of a wagering requirement of $15,000.

I will refrain from further comment about that too, draw your own conclusions.

And no, I have not received my $300 deposit yet. Will update when/if I get it.

dont worry, even if you are well within the casinos terms of service they dont have to pay you, ie. vegascasino21 never paying me the 500 they owe me even though i "won my case?"

Lets just be flat out honest, none of these casinos are legit.. Most of them are beyond shitty payouts, and if you are one of the 1/1000 people that win a couple hundred off these unbelievably crappy "97% payout" machines they will scour your account info to find a way to not pay you.. ALL OF THEM.. Also I love playing rival and RTG and getting a bonus 1/150 spins, then win 0-1% on it... yep.. the online casino gambling days are a thing of the past, nowdays you flat out write a check to these greedy morons.
