this casino gave all players a 13 halloween bonus...i thanked them for the bonus but also metioned the 100x playthrough...alot for 13.00ndb...well this is the response i received back....frankly i find it quite funny...
please feel free to give me ur feedback on this:
Tr**p**a gives free money offers because we want players to experience the games and the casino. We use 100x wagering requirements on these as we don't want customers to cash it out without having a good experience.
You mentioned that you played for 20 minutes. We see that as 20 minutes of exciting gaming entertainment at no cost to you. In doing so, we hope you enjoy it enough to put in some of your money and give us a chance to win some of ours back.
The purpose of free money is not to cash it out. It is to enjoy online gaming and as members of this site, I am sure you appreciate this.

They are bluntly saying we will give you $13  to play with, with 0%  chance of winning By enjoying our games for a while and then losing the free $13 we hope you will deposit your own money and lose that too, so we will have not only got our little $13 dollars back but also get all the money you deposit too So you win 0% and we win 100% They are straight pimpin' folks...they will neva, eva, eva, eva, eva, eva get a dime from me!!!!!!!!!!! |

Although I don't like it, I have to say I do agree with the casino's on the playthough terms.....if it were easy to cashout they wouldn't give them out at all.....I'm sure everyone here knows how many free chips Vegas Regal has been giving out, and I would rather play those all the time and not be able to meet playthrough, and to keep depositing all the time and lose my money.......it's pretty fair, but the way online chat desribed it coulda been a little more "fluffy"!

But you have to admitt Shelli, play money is not the same fun as real money...and as far as impossible free chips it still thrilling at the possibilty that we MIGHT make it through requirements!! I still don't like it one bit, but I would rather get the freebies than none at all!!!!

Exactly hun, it is the HOPE we might make it that makes it TOTALLY different than the play money. But them saying the purpose of free money is not to cash it out just kind of kills the thrill for me. ONLY at their casino though. hehe
