  • Welcome Roberto...I am a depositing player at AllSlots...and I have to say the promotions there are terrible.....no random free spins, no depsoit bonuses.....nothing!! Maybe you can get them to loosen up a bit and show a little appreciation for their customers!! Oh and 1 more thing...I can NEVER reach online support...everytime I nedd to speak with them I get put on hold until it just disconnects me!

    Regarding reopening the market for USA, it will all depend on when UIGEA will be removed: as soon as it happens, i'm 100% positive Microgaming will reopen there

    Regarding promotions, i'm aware of the issue: we have, though, a very easy and profitable (for the players smiley ) bonus system: ifthe player gets a bonus, he can:

    - fulfill the wagering requirements and cash out the bonus
    - cash out any time (without even fulfilling the wagering requirements, the bonus that still is not cashable will be removed)

    This is the main reason why we cannot really go crazy with % Bonus (like 200%, 300%, ecc ecc)

    Regarding support, if you give me via MP your account number, I will go a bit deeper into the issue, and check out with the responsible of support the reason of the delay...

    Yes we know that UIGEA came as quite a shock, we also know, now in hindsight, that the issue and legality comes down to transfer of funds from a financial institution to an online gaming venue. See Is online gambling illegal for the outlook.

    Yes Microgaming took the stance they did, initially, for the soundest of reasons. And yet, many other gaming venues have found alternative deposit and pay out methods to retain their many USA customers. Even now, Some Microgaming based casino's still allow deposits and withdrawals from members in the states Who had an existing account.

    It is possible that UIGEA will be lifted by the new administration, or more likely it will remain on the books unenforced, which I find more likely. Our (sic) Representitives have a history of being fine with enacting legislation, but rarely do they De-legislate anything.

    In the mean time there is a huge market waiting and willing to put their money where their mouths are at.... waiting for a chance to play at your casino's.

    Grin, I know you cannot change policy by yourself... and that ultimatly it is Microgaming itself that pulled the plug, but input from casinos, and their representatives could help pave the way to us once more sitting at your table.

  • HI REBERTO, i spent a lot of money at  allslots and widjacks. however when i downloaded it says KENTUCKY players not allowed i even called my cable co. cause i live in MISSOURI  which is the address i use when i reg. no i do not boader KENTUCHY. cable cos. saysyous have got the wrong code on my IP adress and thats why it is showing KENTUCKY., i gave up ty josie46

  • We still accept withdrawals and deposits from USA players: what we do not accept is new players (unluckly), but if you have an old account, you are more than welcome!

    offcourse the UIGEA was not good news from us, we had a lot of new players coming in from US every month: what we did was focusing more on europe (and that was something that we started in 2007, so we weren't unprepared), but we are more than ready to come back to US, as soon as we can: ultimatly it is not our decision, but Microgaming...

    For the Ip problem, as I said above, no new players in the US sad , so it doesn't really matter Kentucky or Missouri I guess...

  • apparently the live chat in english experienced some long queue due to heavy traffic...I got notification though that there your account had some chat with our agents, so once in a while you must have been able to contact support: please keep me updated if the problems represent, and thank for your feedback

  • Once in awhile as in after waiting, and waiting...then get disconnected...try again, and again...maybe after my 3'rd or 4'th try and well over an hour of my time waisted, and the worst part is...they never even offer you anything for your inconviences

  • I had been i member with allslots alljackpots and VIP casino for sometime and i loved it until this year. I have just recently shut all my accounts as the service is terrible and i never receive any bonuses except the cash back one.

    Things at the casino have just got worse and worse, i didn't mind spending a couple of hundred a month when we got the free mailer of bonuses.
    Now i deposit at another casino where i get free spins everytime i deposit and a deposit bonus where i cash cashout winnings.

    If the customer service is so bad just close your account /dont play there .there are plenty of casinos out there that will take you cash and do it nicely.

  • I don't think the customer service is a disaster, it can be simply slow sometimes due to heavy traffic...and off course, we would all love to receive tons of bonuses, but the fact that you can cash out the bonus, and that you can request a withdrawal anytime without fulfilling the wagering requirements, is quite limitating in terms of % Bonus:  i'd like to see our promotional department give away 100%, 200% bonus, but the casino would suffer from such generous offers

    If you look for High % Bonus, our casino is not the right choice, but it is if you look for a serious and professional casino that pays your winning in a decent time, with a great software and a nice array of promotions...but off course, I represent the casino itself, so my opinion doesn't count smiley

  • of course you don't think it's a disaster...your not the one who gets put on hold for hours at a time...just to never even get ahold of anyone in the end......and as for the bonuses you reffer to...guess what it's the same as any other microgaming casino i have accounts at but it never stop them from trying to please their customers....but hey no worries, besides all the times i've tried to contact online support with no success was for i reason only...i use prepaid visa's to make deposits and i needed to have old cards removed so i could make a deposit with the new prepaid card....guess what happened everytime i was never help??  I play somewhere else, so you guys are only hurting yourselves, by not hiring enough people to handle your service line....besides I haven't made any deposits there in a while now, I have no intentions of making futher deposits with Allslots casino in the future, and you helped contribute to that decision....never even bothered to apolgize for the troubles i've had there, just excuse, after excuse for the casino..............Hey guys, you can see for yourselves how customers get treated here!!!!

  • Hey winter and Muff....I absolutely agree with you both...I aslo started playing at Jackpot Factory, and their customer service is the absolute WORST...and forget about promotions.........they do not exist...I'll stick with the casino's that offer free spins, and % bonuses with your deposits..Villento, and Rich Reels are good ones..and yes they are microgaming and just like this man claims...you can cash out anytime you want to, but if you haven't met the playthrough requirements you get whatever you cash out minus the bonus...and i'm sure it's the same way with jackpot factory although he failed to mention your bonus would be deducted!!!!!

  • Well i'm glad to see i'm not the only one who feels this way...and yes Villento is great, I get a 35% match bonus every weekend and 40 free spins everyweek, Casino Share also offers me 100% match bonus on the weekends...and I randomly get free spins by email.........Oh and Grand Modial always have special deposit bonuses and ramdon free spins..........all those places are microgaming and they all also have great, prompt and friendly customer service reps.! I guess some places would rather lose customers instead of showing a little appreciation for them huh

  • I understand you all love bonuses (everybody does), but there must be a balance between bonus given and deposit made, we for example give 10% on any given deposits (and on occasion even more), and this is a limitation on what we can do regarding bonuses: we prefer to costantly reward the loyal player; I agree that if you look only for bonuses (that once in a while offer giving you a high % bonus), All Slots Casino may not be the best place to play...

    Regarding support, apparently there is an issue with english support, that must be fixed on our side as soon as possible

  • Lol...see what I mean, no appologies on their behalf....just excuses...we have problems with not enough chat...we have problems with english....but no sorry for the inconviences, no sorry that we run a so called business that we are not fully prepaired for......Most places will make sure that they have enough employee's that fully know how to do their job's...and yes that includes speaking english if you are serving people who speak the laguage, BEFORE they open their doors!!

  • yes....we all do love our bonuses, thats why almost everyother casino out there gives them to us....most places know that if you keep your customers happy, they will keep coming back, but with no perks to keep us there and of course the terrible customer service that even you admit needs work, what reason do we have to choose this site over another?? oh and as Satan mentioned above, you acknowledge your faults but never once apologized for anything........talk about getting treated with respect...NOT HERE! After seeing all these post, I to will no longer play at Jackpot Factory, I personally didn't have much of a problem when I played other than the slow chat, but seeing how you handle situations and treat customers, I think i'm goning to have to pass.
