I received an offer from royal sands, tried to log on, said not allowed to log in..sent a response to the email from royal sands..came back delievery failure from cleopatras palace

Strange! They really are located at total different places.

Cleopatras Palace has 200.74.240.90:
in Panama.

Royal Sands has 85.17.138.163:
Amsterdam in Netherlands.

The server you download the Royal Sands casino software is located in Costa Rica.

Ask them at support at any of them.  Cheesy

If you receive emails that you are not expecting i.e. from casinos that you've not signed up to, the likelihood is that it is spam and that it won't be for the casino that you think it is.

I would be very careful.
